Although I had to return order due to damage, the staff were very helpful and a refund issued promptly.
(Would have given 5 stars but packaging not too good)

Retail disgrace - I wish I could give ZERO STARS .
I bought a dining table set - 1 table 4 chairs.
1. They didn’t send 2 chairs legs.
2 They sent the wrong type.
3. They said out of stock. So I only could use 2 chairs only from the four.
4. Table top - couldn’t screw the top to frame because the part they sent it had only one hole, so I couldn’t put through a screw to fix it to the table top.
I understand these things can happen. But the worst part was that customers service, they couldn’t even care less. They refunded only 30% of the price. The table to be honest is pretty dangerous due to the heavy material, it can slide off easily.
Constantly writing email and explain why it’s faulty it’s exhausting. They only respond at the end of the day, I think no need to explain why. The worst experience I had so far with online purchase. I only wanted the right parts, to have a decent dining table.
Sending it back is not an option, and I don’t have time to pack everything again.
If you want to save money, time and effort avoid this place.

I ordered a dogs cool mat from this company through tesco marketplace thinking it would be a reputable trader. When it arrived the inside of the box was covered in black mould which is toxic and dangerous. I couldn't let it anywhere near my dog and I didn't want to handle it myself because of the spores, so I threw it away. I emailed them with photos but they wouldn't give me a refund without returning the product which I couldn't do. No help was forthcoming from tesco either. Awful company and I shan't be buying anything else from tesco marketplace either. Wish I could give no stars.

If I could leave no stars I would we ordered cat house from them through b&q and instead they sent us 2 sets of laundry bags with no invoice. We had no idea these were from the same company at first and so sent them out in a donation collection and thought it was a brushing scam. We contacted them after we hadn't received the cat house and we were told we'd have to send back the laundry bags to recieve cat house. Would not recommend this company or b&q for this reason.

Digusting customer services. Item was delivered to the wrong address and they are refusing to refund me as it was a successful delivery...TO A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT address than mine. Said they will ask Yodel if they agree it was delivered wrong and if they agree will refund me..Please do not put yourself through the frustration of using this company

discusting - they sell through the rnage and got 3 sets draws only 2 came - 3 weeks ago this - reported through the rnage and they tell me me they have contacted this company and they have ignored 30 plus emails and refused to liase with them - i have had to go get another set of draws from somewere esle cause theese thieves refuse to help - refuse to give money back for things they havent delivered

Absolute shambles of a company,order,from day1 order was messed up,I thought I was ordering off b&q but how wrong was 1..gave me a few delivery days but never got delivered mon/tues but came Thursday box all ripped and the 4 cube unit was scruffy and marked,screws way too big for a 4 cube unit it was splitting all shelf’s etc…I’ve asked for refund but they want me to jump through hoops etc to get it,I’ve told them to leave it I’ll give a bad review for both easygift trading & b&q..I won’t be ordering else through b&q or easy gift trading…I hope this review costs you a lot more than the £28.50 you didn’t refund me

I placed an order from B&Q of a Wardrobe and Chest of Drawers, I didn’t realise it was two separate sellers I had bought from, I received my chest of drawers from the other verified seller however EASYGIFT TRADING LTD have been nothing but trouble and messed me about, twice have I been told my order was out for delivery, then there was a delay, then there was an issue and was returned to the store by the courier on both occasions - Yodel being the courier. I received exactly the same email on both occasions when I contacted them to explain about my order, they offered me express delivery, the first time I thought it may have been a one off but the second time not a coincidence so trying to contact them to say I would like to cancel the order and get a refund, I was getting no response, I had to go through B&Q customer services for them to flag up an incident report. I am hoping to receive my refund but for anyone purchasing I would highly avoid them at all costs they aren’t reliable and there communication and services are dreadful, it’s like a scam… too good to be true, after reading reviews I am glad to be cancelling my order as I have a feeling my item probably would most likely be damaged or faulty in one way or another!!!

Avoid this company at all costs, wish i had looked them up before i bought damaged items through amazon. They use panorama stores and URBNLIVING and easygift. I had no help from them after receiving damaged items and they send the same response to your messages. They expect you to pay for the return of damaged items and even tell you that they won't refund you either. Im still dealing with the issue through amazon who have been trying to help me. Dpd refused to take the return due to the address not coming up on their system and I've also been told that the return address is up for lease. I hope i get my money back soon but i know it won't be through this horrible company. Never again will i order from them.

Ordered a child’s table and 2 chairs from B &Q, 1 chair broke after 3 uses and company sent whole set as soon as advised. No problem with this company… happy customer!

Ordered a wardrobe through Amazon, big mistake, as Amazon refuse to help you. I received the wardrobe and there were ZERO instructions in it, which makes you wonder how to set it up or even if everything was there. Boxes were a little damaged as well but they didnt seem to care when reporting.

Contacted Amazon who washed their hands of it, and they say contact Easygift Ltd, they just demand you send back at your own expense and they might refund, absolute joke of a company, ZERO customer service.

I have sent back and will await if they do anything. I would not buy from Urban Living again!

This was ordered for an elderly lady in her 60s and they advertise as easy to make, that is also lies, it requires 2 people and a plethora of tools they dont provide to set up

Ordered a wardrobe through B and Q and it arrived smashed up. On request for a replacement they offered a 15% refund and wasted my time. The product is unusable. Their customer service is non existent

Utterly disgraceful bunch of thieves. They sell through Amazon and B&Q but are complete crooks. Damaged items are sent out, and they stay in contact. Once they pick it up and offer a refund, they can no longer be contacted. Disgusting.
I have told B&Q about them and, despite saying they check supplier performance regularly, they clearly haven't seen the reviews for months!
All parties should be ashamed!

I purchased a door handle through the homega website. When it arrived wrong colour from what was advertised online. I have contacted this lot countless times and not a single response.
Fair to say I will be getting no where with this. Thankful it was not expensive. But feel potential new customers need to be warned do not buy anything from homega. They take your money and run.

Order two wardrobes over two months ago taken the money still have no wardrobes or no money back company’s run by absolute scammers who steal from families tbh just a rude phone call with a woman who won’t let me speak with anyone higher than herself and just hangs up

Verified seller on B&Q - DIY.com, sends broken furniture, and over 3 months now and I still receive the same copy-paste email with apologies and a ridiculous compensation.
Avoid at all costs.

Sent wrong item two weeks still try to sort correct one and the quantity of goods is shocking as well. b n q should be ashamed of themselves self's using this company.

I bought numerous door handles for all doors in my house, I thought I was dealing with B and Q but now know that the items were being supplied by a 3 rd party Easy Trading Ltd, who are associated with Easy Gift Products.
I received the wrong items and raised the issue through a Contact Us button on their item despatched email.
This generated a messaging facility to explain my issue.
I received one acknowledgement which was clearly an automated type response since it thanked me for sending images and offer a ?% refund (whatever that meant), I did not send images.
This raised alarm bells and only now can I see how unreliable a company they are, I have raised this with B and Q who will intervene on my behalf since I am getting nowhere by phone or messages.
I have strongly advised B and Q to examine the service delivered by this company as they are trading as a 3rd party with BnQ and there is reputations to consider.
