Excellent customer service and good quality for the price you pay

Excellent customer service ! Very professional and friendly ! Quick delivery and helpful , very good quality at the prices you pay love my new sofa ! Very comfy lots of options to choose from they can customise it to make it bigger which I did and I’m very happy with the overall product and service ! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a sofa that is a lot cheaper than DFS and Sofology that looks and feels amazing then i would order from them ! :) even put my sofa together for me :) 5stars will definitely be ordering again when I decide to re decorate . Sofa Review

This is the second time I purchased with UK Furnish and Evelyn. I absolutely loved the first sofa I bought, firm and comfortable. The only reason I replaced it was to get something bigger, a five seater and a bit brighter in beige. I had concerns about the firmness of the new sofa, and the size but Evelyn was reassuring and answered all the questions I had confidently. I was also reassured about the warranty and 14 day money back guarantee which provided me with more confidence.

I ordered from this company 11th…

I ordered from this company 11th December, they have cancellled delivery on me 5 times without telling me they just don’t turn up and they don’t respond to messages or calls, I just want my sofa. I have paid a deposit and heard nothing.

I ordered my sofa around 10–15 days…

I ordered my sofa around 10–15 days ago, and the company confirmed that the delivery date would be November 29th. On the day of delivery, I contacted them at 3:00 PM to check the status, and the communication was already very poor. They first told me it would arrive at 4:00 PM, then changed it to 9:00 PM.

After 9:00 PM, they completely ignored my messages.

November 29th was a Saturday, and on Sunday they didn’t answer any of my calls or respond to any messages — even though their website says they are open 7 days a week. No explanation, no update.

Today is Monday, and once again they are not replying. They previously told me they would deliver it today because “Sunday is closed” and the driver wasn’t available, but here we are: no delivery, no communication, and no accountability.

At this point, they are simply ignoring all messages, not responding to any contact, and still not delivering the sofa. This has been extremely stressful and unprofessional.

Don’t trust this company. Their communication is unreliable, their delivery promises are not kept, and they ignore customers

“Damaged Sofa & Ignored Complaint” avoid at all cost


I purchased a sofa set from UK Furnish for £499, delivered on August 1st, 2025. The items arrived damaged – including a ripped pillow, frayed cushion covers, and visible plucking on the fabric. I provided photos and contacted them immediately.

Since then, they have repeatedly ignored my messages. The last response I had was on 9th August, and since then they have chosen not to reply at all. I even sent a formal complaint letter which they refused to accept and returned to me in the post.

This company has shown poor customer service, no accountability, and no willingness to resolve the problem. I would strongly advise others to avoid buying from them.

DO NOT USE

Ordered a corner sofa from this company and they insisted on cash on delivery, the order arrived 3 hours late and had numerous damages. When I complained to them they said it was in there policy not to refund or replace parts if it is cash on delivery but they said that in these exceptional circumstances they would replace the part as long as I paid another £30 which would be refunded on delivery, looking at there policy online it does not state any of this. I accepted the terms and paid the £30 agreeing that the delivery would be made on 05/03/25 between 1800 and 1900. They never showed up and refused to answer me over what's app or the phone. DO NOT USE, I am in the process of Trying to go through an ombudsman or ADR.
