In these difficult Corona virus times in which we live, this has been one company which has both delivered a great product but also worked with us to remedy an issue we had at great pace.

My experience with EastCoastkitchens is through online buying from Malta.
I am impressed by this company's efficiency both in online response time and delivery. This high standard of service did not stop with the conclusion of the sale as when I needed spare parts, the staff were very helpful in identifying the exact part needed, and subsequently its procurement and delivery maintained the same standard of efficiency as previously given

Excellent customer service, communication and delivery. We had an item which was damaged however even during the difficult times the matter was resolved and replaced extremely swiftly.

Couldn't ask for anymore and well done to all involved.

I contacted Eastcoastkitchens regarding some brackets broken on a 12 year old pull out larder, this was during the peak lock down time and they were obviously working remotely, Lorraine managed to source them from the original company which I have now fitted.
I was very grateful to Eastcoastkitchens as I had tried numerous local kitchen suppliers without success.
I have been very impressed with their help, and they deserve my 5 star rating

Ordered support legs for worktop getting fitted. Paid extra for quicker delivery but items didn’t arrive by date required. They hadn’t even been dispatched. East coast say I can’t cancel order or they will deduct £25 from refund. Just as well I do contract law for a living and it may take time to get all my money back but I will not be treated this way by a company who is totally in the wrong. They seem to think they can use the pandemic as an excuse. Sorry but no excuse for poor customer service and daylight robbery.

I ordered some handles for our new wardrobe I have built. Great communication and now the handles have arrived I can say I am very pleased with the quality. Great service would recommend.

As a first time customer of Eastcoastkitchens i was amazed at how good and efficient they were.
I was unsure about what I wanted, but the customer service dept. were excellent in finding precisely what I needed.

Even during these very "trying and strange" times caused by caronavirus, the level of service did not drop.

I can only thank them again, and they thoroughly deserve 5 stars.

'Magic Corner' unit ordered at 1pm on Monday, out for delivery within a couple of hours, and delivered 10am Tuesday. It doesn't get better!

Nightmare of a company when any problem accrued they’ve blamed suppliers .. never ever

Extremely quick delivery once ordered. I had ordered a kitchen sink and had problem with one of the plugs, which after emailing a photo of the issue was replaced the next day. I also used East Coast for a kitchen tap and that too arrived extremely quickly. A company I would recommend.

Good prices and excellent customer service. Had couple issues with items from manufacturer but were swiftly resolved by East Coast. Sign of a good company.

I forgot to order a sink for a kitchen install and didn’t realise until half way through! Phoned up and checked stock and was able to get the sink I wanted delivered next day just in time to fit. Service was fab!

Unfortunately a part was missing for the overflow of the sink (missing or lost in all the mess of a kitchen install...who knows!). I emailed east coast kitchens and straight away they acknowledged it and forwarded it onto relevant department / supplier.

Within 2 days all the parts from the overflow was sent to me and the sink is now complete

Every now and then things do go wrong or aren’t compete from anywhere, but all that matters is the resolution and not the problem. This was resolved quickly and efficiently - very impressed!

At each stage I had contact from east coast kitchens to tell me the status of the parts.

Overall absolutely fab service from Claudia and the team - would recommend to anyone!

Following my error in ordering the wrong handle, East Coast Kitchens did their best to identify a stockist holding the correct part and also gave a full refund when I returned the original incorrect part.

Really appreciate the time and persistence that East Coast Kitchens took to ensure that their suppliers delivered exactly the right parts to me. In a world where so many companies ignore you if you ask questions, East Coast made me a very happy customer by ensuring I was completely satisfied.

The corner unit is a great product saving a lot of room.The company kept me informed of delivery etc. The items arrived safely and I went on Utube and found a fitting video which was a great help.

What a great find East Coast Kitchens have turned out to be. From selecting on the website through to ease of ordering and costings they are faultless.

The free delivery was so prompt, just two days from confirmation of the order, the packages arrived in perfect condition and the actual items were of the highest quality.

I can’t recommend this company enough. 10/10 excellent.
