I received excellent customer service from a team member Laura. I needed to make changes to an order, and Laura was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She assisted me politely, answered all of my question, and never made me feel like I was a bother. Her patience, professionalism, and willingness to help was so greatly appreciated. Good customer service is very hard to find these days, but my experience with Laura and the company has been wonderful! Wonderful service, furniture is beautiful delivery is fantastic placed all together and take all empty boxes away makes it so much easier delivery staff have great customer service.

Customer service was very easy to deal with and work issues out

My first delivery came damaged and un usable much to my sadness.
I contacted support and explained what had happened. They were quick to make amends by offering either a refund or a replacement. I'm very happy with how my case was handled. Thank Sam 😊

Very disappointed with Early Settler, saw a side table I loved on sale and wanted to purchase, I was told there was none in stock and they could not sell me the one on display. They were happy for me to order, pay and wait at least eight weeks if not longer! (I don't think so) I didn't bother, they lost a sale and a customer as I won't be returning to Early Settler ever!

You need to look at the business from a customer lens. After purchase, no tracking information is sent, i had to email to ask when a delivery would arrive. I was advised it would arrive 9 business days later. I received a text at 5:49am to let me know that delivery would be within the next six minutes.. This is the only communication that happened without my follow through, and it was rude to have such an early morning text assuming i would be onsite at a business to receive the item. I have received multiple requests for feedback but no helpful automations.

Easy to order - great service & make delivery option simple.

Very good inexpensive furniture in the stores. I changed my order and the Head Office team did it with no fuss, and very graciously.

Easy to deal with and responsive customer service team.

There was an error made at the time of ordering the furniture online but when I spoke to Laura, she commited she will sort it out for us and arrange delivery of the right product. I did not have to follow up and in the next week I recieved an email with update on my order and I'll be receiving it tomorrow. That said the quality of the product still needs to be checked as I've only seen it online but this review is for the customer service experience.

Very happy with my experience with early settler and their customer service!

Recently purchased something online and product said “new stock in warehouse in one week”. Once I went through the checkout stage suddenly the stock changed to “new stock in warehouse in 5 weeks”. Had I have known that I would have sourced similar from another seller. Next time, if I really like a product I’ll be calling them directly. Surely there are laws against misleading customers in this way? I wonder how retail outlets are getting away with this…

Laura helped me to change my order and organised the refund even though the invoice system was down at the time I called. However, she managed to process the change and informed me once it was up running. I really appreciated for the great service Laura provided and definitely will be making more purchases in the the future. Best regards ✨️ ❤️
