Not a great experience
I bought a liner and cover for my new Hilux. The liner was not the best of fits and a real pain to get installed. The cover was meant to be compatible with an over rail liner according to the product description but it isn’t. Rather disappointing Eagle!

the cover you ordered is compatible with the bed liner you ordered, it requires cutting to the bed liner and this is mentioned in the description on the product,

Excellent Quality Products with fantastic customer service.
I purchased A roll cover, front sports bar, rear roll bars and a bonnet protector. Not only was the price the most competitive on the market the products were excellent quality when arrived. I spoke with Harriet when I made my purchase and she kept me informed along the whole customer journey. One of my items arrived slightly damaged due to no fault of Eagle 4x4. Harriet responded to my email imediately and arranged a replacement part at no additional cost. Knowing what I know now I would have purchased even if they were slightly dearer as it would be worth it for the customer service. Everything a customer wants in a purchase. Thank you Harriet.

L200 Series 4 front spoiler bar.
I bought an L200 front spoiler bar.
Very well packaged, instructions were unclear and printing wasn't great. I contacted support online who replied quickly and supplied better imaging of bracket fitting.
This helped me fit the product which did in fact fit very well.
Overall, very impressed with my product and very impressed with the service. Therefore 5 stars from me.

Excellent Customer service for international buyers
These guys at Eagle really have the customer service model mastered, I've been a customer for 2 years and they always seem to meet all my international shipping requirements and always follow through with proper service. The quality of their catalog is also a high quality of items, no cheap fragile parts here.

Great product & service…
Great product & service throughout...... Harriet was fundamental in my purchase, from start to finish. She took my initial enquiry call, fitted my Ranger cover quickly and professionally and explained how the cover can be retracted and/or removed easily.
I highly recommend Eagle4x4 & would like to thank them for a great service.

The LED lightbar is excellent quality…
The LED lightbar is excellent quality and the kit is well worth the money. it was meant to fit behind the grill so it was hidden. I found this rather fiddly and ended up fitting in front of the grill (Correct brackets for both fittings in the kit). overall very pleased with the product, the transaction and the customer care was second to none. Thank you to the team at eagle 4x4
