I ordered the wrong size, then had to pay 25% restocking fee. We were planning on ordering 6 more, but after learning that, probably not.

the staff were very helpful, unfortunately the shipping timeframe didn't work for me.

The salesman was given the dimensions of our opening, and I asked it the unit I was wanting to purchase would fit, and he said "it should", so I purchased the shelving unit to later fond out it would not fit. This company offered nothing to help. I'm stuck with a worthless shelving unit that will not fit in my space! I'll not make this mistake again!

I sent a message through the website portal requesting specific product information and have yet to hear back. About 2 weeks ago now. Perhaps they busy with existing customers and are not able to address potential new ones.

Sending update as fair is fair... and diligent response is probably as important as the product being sold. As I cannot yet speak to the ordering and procurement process however their handling of this post gets a full positive reply. I will being reaching out via telephone.

The reason I am rating this a three is because the first item we requested to purchase was discontinued. To follow that, the second item we requested to purchase was not in stock however, our customer service rep, Ivan, was very helpful in locating a new item for us. We appreciated the service he provided us and we would absolutely use them again although we didn't purchase the product through them. My advice would be to thoroughly read through the fine print on every product they offer.

It was great to hear the product I was interested in was in stock. I was told it was readily available to ship which was great. I didn't have 2-4 weeks wait. Then come to find out the product was not available more, discontinued and I was provided with direct replacement. OK fine. I had no other choice. Assuming it was shipped within 24-48 hours after I placed the order as it was "in stock". My order didn't actually ship until I followed up on it, a few days later. It's been almost 2 weeks and the order is still have yet to arrive. A little transparency would have been great on lead times. I am very disappointed with the way the order is being shipped. I could rate with 1 or no star at all but the customer rep was courteous.

I was so confused. I place my order and I wasn’t given a shipping total until 3 days later when I practically begged for it as I was emailing back and forth with someone. The total order was a little over $400 but the final shipping came to like $240 so I ultimately told him to cancel my order which he did. It’s seems like they have good stuff at decent prices but there business processes are very out of date.

When you buy something, you cant find out how much the shipping is until you have already paid for it. They sent me the wrong part and expected me to pay for return shipping and a restocking fee. Text back and forth for a week, with no results. Will never use them again.

They were great! Very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend them in the future.

I was informed that one of the items I ordered is discontinued. I suggest updating the website. The company cancelled the order, since it was just shy of half a $500 minimum order they require. So much for any future orders with me, there are plenty of other companies that are pleased with any size order, if even $1.

I could not be more disappointed with this company! I ordered a month ago and they still have not shipped the products that I ordered. When I contacted them about what was going on they just passed the blame down the line and took no responsibility for the delay! I gave them a few more days to get it figured out or I will be requesting a full refund. At this point i feel like they just stole my money with no plans on sending me anything, I'm sure thats not the case but that's sure as hell how it feels!! I would recommend taking your business else where and order nothing from this company!!!!

Have been waiting for this order for 3 weeks. Continue to make excuses and delay shipment every time I check on the status of the order. Customer service is disorganized and not very helpful. Will be looking elsewhere for these products next time.

I repeatedly tried to contact this company to find out when my order will ship only to find out it is backordered. Then to wonder still then when I would receive the order???

I was on Amazon and was coned to your Amazon “sponsored site” I was charged $69.00 more after I had already placed the order. I never approved this charge. I think your company is dishonest!

Verified the ability to place the order with online chat representative, but later show that order was cancelled. Horrible customer service and would never deal with them again.

Good product. Good delivery. No problems.

Order product 3 weeks ago still not delivered.
