Grateful for Jackie and the MWLA family
Joining Mindful Weight Loss Academy (MWLA) has truly changed my life, not just physically, but mentally. It’s completely shifted my mindset around food and balance in a way that finally feels realistic and sustainable. I’ve learned I can still enjoy the foods I love while being mindful with building balanced meals.
My coach, Kacey, has been absolutely amazing, supportive, positive, and encouraging. I always look forward to her feedback on my food journals and check-ins. I’m also so grateful for Jackie and the entire MWLA team and community for making this journey feel so supportive and uplifting.
I’m am almost at the end of the program and so far have lost 13lbs. I’ve gotten compliments from family and friends about how great, strong, and healthy I look. I finally fit into clothes I haven’t worn since before having my kids. Sometimes, others notice the changes before I do, which is always such a grateful surprise.
I’m beyond thankful I joined MWLA and finally committed to myself. I truly appreciate everything this program has given me. For helping me understand that this isn’t just a phase or a fad diet. It’s a forever lifestyle that I intend to practice and do everyday not only for myself, but for my family so that I can be the healthiest, strongest, and mindful version of myself.
