**EDIT** THEY ASKED ME TO EDIT MY NEGATIVE REVIEW GLAD I HAVEN'T - READ EXTREMEGB REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING - I WAS TOLD I WOULD GET A REFUND AS MY CLAIM WAS APPROVED STILL NO PAYMENT THEY HAVEN'T EVEN PROCESSED THE REFUND VIA PAYPAL SO I HAVE NOW LODGED A CLAIM AMD WILL BE GOING BACK TO TRADING STANDARDS
I ordered a coat in December with no confirmation emails, and I signed up to register with the website. Again, no emails read the reviews and thought I had been scammed for £140 for a coat. But the next day, an email from Royal Mail said a parcel was being delivered, and it was the coat so made up I hadn't been scammed but......
30 days later, the bottom part that holds the zips on broke, so the zips now fall off, I tried logging in and clicked forgot password, but no account again thinking I had been scammed. I contacted the chat and received a reply on the 6th of February; they sent a dodgy returns link and told me to try other browsers; I finally got the label to work and returned it on the 17th Feb; there was no confirmation, so I chased the 21st and got a reply today. They got it and sent it to the manufacturer for a warranty assessment. It's faulty. They don't need to asses it. I sent the zips back in the pocket so they can see it's broken, and it's hardly been worn!
At first, I was happy for a replacement, but now it has dragged out; I bought another coat elsewhere. They replied on 23/02/22, saying it can take up to 28 days for them to decide! By then, it'll be the end of March. Then, if they agree it is faulty, it could be mid-April before they are potentially sending me a new coat or a refund, and I won't need a coat by then and don't now as I have had to replace the faulty one I have been sold!
Just give me my money back!
**EDITED SINCE THEY REPLIED ** I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY EMAIL CONFIRMATION & REVIEWS ARE NEGATIVE WHEN IT COMES TO RETURNS & REFUNDS.
Also, they stated the length of time we had it. We received it 5th December. I contacted them at the beginning of January about it being faulty and broken - That for £140, the coat is NOT acceptable, not and certainly NOT overuse for a coat. I have never had a coat that has broken so quickly!

As a business we are rated on trustpilot as excellent at a score of 4.6, based on over 14,000 reviews which is above the average industry standard. When a purchase is made we send a confirmation email and also once the order is despatched we send another email including tracking details, I can see that both these emails show as sent to the email you provided on our system. The item has been returned to the supplier for assessment as its outside the 30 day period for warranty returns. Apologies that this item has encountered a fault and does not meet the standard we would expect however due to the age of the order it does have to follow the process of assessment. The reason for this is that warranty covers manufacturing defects only therefore the assessment will prove if this is the case. Once the assessment is complete and we have the outcome we will be able to proceed with a refund if that is your request. We are going share emails and timelines of our correspondence with you. We can confirm we emailed the confirmation emails to the email address entered at the point of purchase. This could have ended up in your junk email or spam inbox. We hope after you have read through the emails you can amend the review to reflect our interaction with you. We welcome all customer feedback based on genuine interaction with our business. The reason why the product is sent off to the supplier is to determine the root cause of the damage. Once this has been deemed a manufacturing faulty ,we can proceed and refund the order.
