I returned my item with the return label you issued. I tracked delivery and it was signed for . After several emails they have said the postcode isn’t there postcode so that’s that now not responding to my emails basically just fobbed me off so no refund given
Don’t know how to proceed!!

Please print your return note attached to this email and take it with your item to your local Post Office and return to ExtremeGB Ltd, 2-4 Bentley Way Royal Oak Industrial Estate, Daventry, NN11 8QH, Northants, United Kingdom via standard tracked delivery. You will receive an acknowledgement once we receive the item in our warehouse. We did not provide you a label to attach to the parcel and the proof of postage you provided for the parcel the post code was not our business. The returns form included the correct address for the parcel to be returned to. Please follow the steps we suggested to you in the email to locate your parcel. In the event that the parcel finds its way to us we will issue a refund as we offer unlimited returns. We do not issue returns labels to customers. In cases were we pay for the return of the product we share a Royal mail link with the customer. This link was never shared with you. We as a business welcome genuine reviews . Purchased a warm waterproof coat for my wife’s Xmas present. Not last last minute as normal but pretty close and it came very quickly. Website was easy to use comms about the order process where easy to understand and was able to track the parcel easily. Top work Guys!

Amazing customer service
I ordered as present for Christmas and git the wrong size. Emailed their customer service and got immediate response and clear easy instructions on how to exchange for correct size. I can’t believe how quickly I got the replacement coat. I posted it back on a Tuesday and had the new one by the Friday. Amazing deal on price and great customer service.
