No way of contacting E-go by phone, and their email system relies on putting in consignment note number, which returned an error of "number does not exist". Left waiting with no way of contacting them. This should be illegal! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

After a great amount of frustration booking online emailed the labels across to the pick up location. Sender rang a couple of days later as items not collected.
There is no phone number for e-go only a message section, rang the crowd that had said to book through them. Given I now had a consignment number and it was already in their system they went to collect it on the 2nd of March!!! Using the tracking it then went to Melbourne multiple times before coming back out and "being in depot" on the 10th. I rang again on the 13th and they said someone would get back to me when it magically appeared a few hours later. The packaging has been through the absolute ringer. Thankfully the goods are unharmed but looks like it's been bouncing around in Raju's van for 3 weeks judging by the state of it

Booked a pickup on line on a Thursday for the following Monday. Monday came and went. Tried to find a phone number and nothing. Send an email and got a reply sorry we missed your pickup we will book it in for Tuesday. Tuesday came and went so did Wed and Thursday and after 4 new unanswered messages. i used Pack and Send for only a few bucks more. Still haven't heard anything 6 days later. Will be ringing my credit card company to dispute. Probably a scam!

Extra charges from e-go after delivery
On 27mar24 I paid e-go (MX Enterprises) for a one off service for the delivery of two items from Gold Coast to South Melbourne. One item did not arrive in South Melbourne so my son queried it. Eventually it was found at a different depot. My son was abused by Hunter Transport for not picking up one of these items when it was their error. He had intended to only do one trip to collect both items as he lives 30Km away. Now we have been charged another $50 via Paypal without notice and without authority. How they managed to set up an automatic payment in my Paypal account has me puzzled. Now I have found heaps of negative reviews about this company putting extra charges through at a later date like I they did to me. I have complained to Paypal. This company should be banned from Paypal. Furthermore, their website lacks contact info

Easily the worst transport company in Australia
Firstly, do not sign up for platinum membership. Once they have your credit card they use it for “sundry charges” without any authorisation.
Their drivers do not follow instructions to leave items unattended if no one home. Then they slug you for redelivery.
Their customer service is slow, they do not respond to questions.
They certainly do not adhere to promised timeframes of delivery. I have had deliveries sitting in their Melbourne Depot for over a week with no update.
Terrible, just terrible. THE definition of “cheap and nasty”.
Absolutely Dishonest couriers ego / hunt transport
This is the second time that I tried to use this pathetic excuse for a courier company the first time late by 9 day’s and broke goods but they won’t except responsibility as the only fuel arround with it for an extra week second time 2werks now called them as 3 where about s and there attitude was we haven’t had any couriers going your area I replied sorry what’s that got to do with anything ? They then tried to bullshime some more and I said I don’t care and the best they could do was book it as urgent!
SO If you want to get your stuff on time like you have paid for definitely Do Not Consider ego couriers or hunt couriers same place absolutely full of lies with false misleading website information
No longer trustworthy for us
No longer trustworthy for us. Originally a reliable service and still to some locations for us, however it has spiralled into massive delays and poor customer service, where our largest customer, a Govt department, had to send staff to thier local depot to retireve two shipments today. One of them was shipped on the 22nd of Feb and spent a month at the delivery depot, 10km for the delivery address. That depot is a local sub-contractor. Customer service is quick to acknowledge a queary but that's as far as it goes. No follow-up on the outcomes and you must keep an eye on tracking and re-lodge a complaint or enquiry. It is possible to phone customer service via the parent, Hunter Express, but the outcome is no better than an email and there appears no desire amongst staff to do more. Possibly due to the inability of the business to function properly, the staff have given up as well. Requst for a refund was refused, proceeding to Fair Trading. This has been a damaging experience.

Surprisingly good value for money
Surprisingly good value for money. We had 8 large boxes shipped from a third party in VIC to TAS. The price was about a third of what we had been quoted elsewhere.
All the boxes arrived within 7 days (2 days later than estimated) and in very good condition.

Delivey was one day late but over the Christmas period that is to be expected. The reason I am down voting the company by one star is that the tracking system is flawed and there is no phone number that you can call in order to discuss delivery. But... it all turned out okay in the end!

Two days delivery means two weeks
They did not deliver my parcel for two weeks when they say within 2-3 days. they did not answer non of my emails and this company has no phone number to call and if you want to check of your shipment - just forget about it as they never answer emails. I will never use them again and would not recommend any one to use their service.
Pleasantly Surprised
I arranged online to have a flat package 800mm x 600mm weighing 5kg to be dropped off at the South Melbourne depot and delivered to my home address. I did become a platinum member with the intention to use service again. I was pleasantly surprised with how well the whole process went. The cost of the delivery of the package was very good and the communication emails from EGO were very good. The parcel arrived intact and within the time frame they quoted.
I was very happy with the end result.
Better off giving $50 to the local junkie and hoping they do a better job.
Booked a time and day for collection. Driver arrives after that time and it’s closed. I get an email to tell me with a link that doesn’t work to rebook.
I email them and get no reply, I email them again and get no reply. I called Hunter Express, which appears to be the same company with a different name. They tell me they’re not the same company, they’re different teams (???). Tells me they can’t do specific time pick ups, can’t tell me why it’s an option on the booking form, tells me a driver is on the way now despite being told the business is closed now.
Upon telling her to cancel the collection and refund me she can’t tell me how long a refund will take because it’s a different company. I point out that when I emailed e-go I got a confirmation email from Hu tee Express, and that she was able to look up my order details but can’t answer my questions because they’re a different company. She hung up.
Avoid e-go and Hunter Express at all costs.
The only thing they do quickly and reliably is take your money.
