Nathan was very helpful, knowledgeable and took time to not only show me the problem, he also took the time to explain why it happened.
I hope not have to use a drain unblock service again, but if I do Dyno Rod would be my first port of call.

Great service, can't fault it
Fantastic service from Ian and his colleague, I'd been badly let down by another local company who left my property in a mess with waste all over the front gravel the night before, so when I called Dyno-rod I was expecting it to be a long and expensive job, but Ian unblocked the drain outside within a few minutes of getting here, and checked every other manhole to make sure they were all cleared and then they made sure everything was as clean as possible before leaving. Can't praise them highly enough and they both deserve a pay rise for the work and the customer service. From now on I will only use Dyno-rod

From call to service. Everything smooth and easy. Ian and Nathan turned up after calling in advance. I can say they were a lovely team. Very polite and helpful. They had some trouble with the blockage as it was in an awkward place. Absolutely delighted with their workmanship and conduct. A great team. If the company reads this.
