Blocked toilet
Our only toilet blocked and we needed it clearing as it looked like the foul pipe was blocked outside, booked online and got a same day appointment with really good comms. Nick called me 15 mins before his arrival and figured the issue out quickly and had the toilet unblocked without any mess or hassle. Really pleased with the service. Nick was professional and explained everything very clearly.

I received good information as to the technicians arrival time. He did a brief assessment and decided on a course of action. 5 minutes later the action was declared as successful. The technician was cheery and confident and this demeanour put me at ease.
Dyno-Rod was used exclusively by the company I worked for so I knew their capabilities. This was my reason for using them at my time of need.

Dyno rod done an excellent job of unblocking the pipe leading from my kitchen sink to the stack pipe .The bloke was very nice & got straight to the problem .He cleaned up after he had finished.

Iain did a fantastic job . He arrived quickly and exactly when he said he would , unblocked the drain with two different machines , and checked several times to see if the water was flowing ok before he left . He was very professional, polite and efficient, and gave me some good tips on how to stop it happening again and what to do if it does. I highly recommend him.

I called Dyno-Rod because we had used them before
I called Dyno-Rod because we had used them previously and were excellent then. Once again, a fantastic service was delivered to unblock a toilet soil pipe. Not an easy job, but Chris from Dyno-Rod kept at it until the job was done. I can't recommend them and especially Chris, highly enough. Well done, super service, helpful, polite, just brilliant thank you.

I needed to call out Dyno Rod because the school I work at flooded into the Library, the engineer Joey came very promptly and could not have been nicer, he went out of his way to clear the blockage and was very very professional through out his visit. Because of him I would use Dyno Rod again.

Excellent service and a perfect result. The service technician stayed for several hours sorting the problem out until blockages were all released and debris removed. Areas all cleaned up afterwards too. Friendly and knowledgeable.

Limescale stopping the flow
Our bath was slow in emptying so through British gas homecare we had Dyno Rod come to fix it. Our technician Nick spent sometime trying to sort it through the bath outlet whilst some progress was made he decide to put a camera up through the manhole and up the stack and discovered a large area of limescale around the area of the bath outlet into the stack. His next visit lasted about 3hr and with great effort in a confined area achieved a great outcome.. removed all of the limescale. Throughout Nick had a very professional approach and was very polite. A good technician and a credit to the company he worked for. It was a strenuous job and he still had 3 more jobs to do. Well done Nick and thank you Dyno Rod for an excellent response to our problem

What an amazing service from start to…
What an amazing service from start to finish. Rob Lee, the technician who attended, was nothing short of a hero, and I don’t use that term lightly.
Despite battling heavy football traffic and dealing with difficult parking, he arrived determined to help and had us up and running in no time. He truly went above and beyond throughout the visit, demonstrating professionalism, dedication, and outstanding customer service.
Everything was left clean and tidy, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. Please pass on our sincere thanks and appreciation to Rob Lee.

Rob Lee from DYNO 100% recommendation
This was our 2nd visit to clear a blockage at our property. The first one a month ago, we thought had resolved the issue but we faced the same issues again last week. Rob Lee visited us today and spent time getting to the actual root of the problem and in less than an hour he was able to give our drains a clean bill of health. Rob was really helpful explaining what he had found. He also took the time to check that the other drains were flowing properly. A great visit from DYNO and I would 100% recommend Rob Lee. Thank you.

Rob Lee was absolutely superb!
Rob Lee was absolutely superb. He spotted the issue immediately and found the outside manhole which was buried and this was something that a previous company had been unable to find and therefore weren’t able to do the job. So Rob wasted no time in finding this and solved our blockage issue rapidly. Overall we experienced and excellent service and Rob was fantastic to deal with. Would highly recommend Dyno-Rod!

Blocked drain advice …
Made an appointment and the response was rapid. Dyno-Rod arrived and after a thorough inspection established that the main sewer was the problem. The engineer advised us to contact Southern Water and supplied contact details. All help given through professional courtesy and at no charge.
Our drains was clear the same afternoon after Southern Water’s intervention.
I can vouch for the professionalism, commitment and customer care of Dyno Rod as being exemplary.
