Dyno-Rod - Plumbing North West Recenzje

Excellent & efficient service. The job was done well & care taken. The engineer gave a good explanation of what was done.

Josh from Dyno Rod came back today 9th June to put in a new shower and just like his last visit was very Professional and with the same helpful attitude. We really appreciate the effort put in. Thankyou

Got them to fit new shower under two hours fitted tested all good competitive rates.

Lovely experience. Josh is a very polite and helpful engineer.

This service was so easy to access and to use. I was kept informed of the procedure every step of the way and they were v accommodating when I had to change the appointment. Engineer rang before visit and he got here early and waiting outside til the correct time!! Courteous and polite and explained the problem. Was a bit wary of using this service but glad I did.

Plumber arrived to look at a dripping tap, I was quoted £90 for 30 minutes including parts. Plumber could not unscrew the tap and advised that I would need a new tap. I Paid £90 to be told I needed a new tap which is fair enough if they can’t get the screws out. No one rang to follow up and I was given no paperwork. I have rang Dyno myself to see what happens next and if there is a further charge to fit the tap. I have been quoted a further £90 if they fit in 30 minutes or £156 if it goes over, I think £180-£246 for a tap fit with no parts is a bit steep

Really knowledgable and helpful. Would highly recommend

Superb qualified engineers Jack and Brandon. Seamless work.Professional throughout. Ambassadors for your company. The first job so good and seamless. I personally asked for them today to return. Again wonderful service Thank you

Dyno Rod came as part of my Home maintenence agreement with British Gas. I only had to wait 2 days for appointment. The Engineer was excellent and carried out the job to perfection. Leaving everything clean and tidy. I'm very happy with the service.

Communication was terrible both in letting us know of likely arrival times and between the two plumbers who attended. The first arrived mid afternoon unannounced but couldn’t carry out the work then apparently but costed it at £156, saying it would be done next morning. We have insurance with D&G so we’re baffled why it should cost anything.

The next plumber arrived next mid afternoon but had no notion of what was needed doing. The absence of communication was very worrying. He could not understand where £156 came from, but in order to not waste another sunny day, I told him to carry on and we’d pay but look for a refund. He did the work successfully.

This was a painful experience merely to get a toilet cistern mended. The last plumber was very frustrated by the lack of prior information in fairness to him.

At the back of all this is D&G who delegate to the appalling and useless Sedgwick. I will be looking elsewhere for plumbing insurance.

Fine honest and accurate service.

The guys who came to fit a pump were great. They couldn’t have been more thorough and professional.

Would recommend. Very efficient. Very pleasant young man.

When your tap snaps leaving water pouring out and you need a fast solution, they came and installed a new tap and it was fantastic value for money. Pleasant and professional. Thank you.

Good work and good service 👍.

Had been let down by two other plumbers.
Saw Dyno-Rod did one off jobs so booked a plumber.
Came when they said, fixed the leak in no time.
Would highly recommend. Not cheap but reliable and courteous plumbers. No messing about and the job done. Excellent service.

We had an excellent experience with Ryan replacing our leaking hot water tank. He was always very friendly, professional, respectful of our home and knowledgeable. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, honest and skilled plumber. Thank you again, a real credit to the company.
