The plumber was great
The plumber was great. What wasn't so great was that as a nationwide company thay didn't have the parts to do a proper job and had to cobble together parts from a different tap to replace our stopcock.

Thank you for sharing your experience and it´s great to hear our plumber did a sterling job for you. We are a small franchise who work under the umbrella of Dyno Rod. We endeavour to stock a large number of parts to cover most eventualities but are sorry to hear that in this instance we were unable to have what was required. This has been reported back to our parts dept for review.
