Dyno-Rod - Plumbing East Midlands Recenzje

Really good communication, speedy service, job sorted on the spot and within the hour. Chris the plumber was great!

Had two great experiences so far with Dyno-rod, won’t go anywhere else now.

Very helpful and efficient Engineer. Problem with kitchen tap quickly diagnosed and solution advised. The whole process was excellent and our worries about the situation were resolved. Will use Dyno-Rod again.

Helpful and professional service.

The engineer was fantastic, he explained what he was going to do and fixed our issue. Thank you.

Quick, friendly, reliable, resolved the issue and very competitively priced.
Can't fault them.
Will definitely be using again instead of going privately through trades comparison sites.

I contacted Dyno yesterday afternoon and they arrived just after 8am this morning and fixed my problem. So thanks for a great service.

Excellent service, engineer very helpful sorted problem quickly no mess after visit. Would recommend service

Lee the plumber did a great job. Thank you.

Local telephone number and always a person who knows the job at the end of the line.
Excellent engineer - called when he was on the way, and did an excellent job.
Many thanks.

Leaking hot water pipe feeding kitchen sink. Great job! Friendly, helpful and polite throughout.

Adam was excellent throughout. He called ahead of the visit, was polite and took care in our house. He explained everything and got parts next day, Saturday, and fitted. We had a further urgent leak which he came to look at straight away, Took time to advise us of options and sorted the issue and was professional throughout. Highly recommended.

The Engineer did a brilliant job fitting new mixer tap ,I have been with British Gas 42 years never had a problem

Excellent service, the engineer was friendly, polite and knowledgeable, I received a follow up call and the customer service was wonderful

Efficient polite and professional

Very good he did the job very well

Yes, I have given them 5 star. But only because of the third plumber!!! who came along to repair a overflowing Toilet Found the problem Solved the problem and repaired it. When The other 2.
Couldn't.

They came on the same day to give me a quote. Then repair and new radiator fitted 3 days later.

I have not had the best experience. It took 3 attempts to repair a leak which resulted in damage to a unit...then several cancelled appointments to make good resulting in a lot of wasted time. It gas eventually been done to day almost 6 months later ! The fitter was great today and had to work around several problems

Engineer was polite, professional and did no question was too big/small.

I felt at ease and very happy, Justin is awesome! Thank you!!!
