Dyno-Rod - Plumbing East Midlands Recenzje

John has been great since the first visit he made in November and has been the same today. He is a real credit to your company and has an excellent approach to his customers. Overall the experience had Ben very good and if and when we have any other plumbing issues we will use your service…A+ 👏👏👏👏👏👏

Had a leaky tap and unfortunately our insurance was no help thankfully Dyno was able to help, called them at 9am was at mine by 11.30 and issue solved by 12pm. Plumber was extremely friendly and gave us some good tips to use going forward. Will definitely use if needed in the future!

Great plumber. Friendly and efficient.

Pleased with the service very polite and helpful plumber thank you

The appointment was scheduled on time, the plumber was very professional, respectful/polite whilst he was in my house.
I was kept updated by the plumber nearer my appointment.

The job carried out was satisfactory.

Very happy with there service, on time , cleaned up and polite, and very informative about what they was doing, nothing was to much trouble for them, will definitely use again.

We were so impressed with the engineer, Kris, who came out to us today. He kept in touch with us prior to arriving and was so helpful and quick and efficiently fixed the issue with our shower. So friendly and helpful.

Steve has delivered amazing service twice to us. He has excellent knowledge and is a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend using them again.

The Dyno eng 338 delivered a great service. Attended promptly to our leak. Fully explained what repair was necessary & the cause of the leak. Couldn't praise him highly enough. If only all trades people offered the same level of care & service. Top guy. Many thanks

Getting someone out for an urgent job at a weekend a week before Xmas was excellent. It's great to have my water back on! Good job, great engineer.

I have given a good score today because the engineer that came today was very good and very thoughtful. The previous two that came for this job were not very good. One of them made a mess on the floor with water all over. Getting a good engineer is a hit and miss. The company needs to train all the engineers to provide a consistent helpful service.

Operative was on time, fixed all issues and cleaned up after. Very happy with his professionalism

I used Dynorod to repair a kitchen sink drain, install two replacement taps in kitchen and bathroom and a washing machine drain hose. The young man from Eco- Aqua, who carried out the work, was excellent, completing the work quickly and efficiently and leaving the area clean and tidy. I had supplied the kitchen tap and it was sufficiently different from the original to make the installation difficult but he persisted and found a solution without any complaint.
The Dynorod office contacts were friendly and helpful. Altho the appointments were, as usual these days, ‘all day appts’ they were happy to give an estimated time of arrival when I called first thing in the morning so I didn’t have to sit waiting.
Altogether a good experience, and that’s a first!
Fair price too for two hours work.
Highly recommended.

Very good job by Dyno engineer
Dyno promptly gave me an appointment. Craig changed toilet seat .A job which happened to be not straightforward one.
He is excellent plumber professional and courteous.
I will use Dyno for any future plumbing jobs.

Had a constantly filling toilet, booked online, which was great as I hate phone calls.
Very courteous and professional plumber arrived on time. Warned me of the likelihood of a successful repair to the existing fill valve but offered to attempt it first. Past experience of DIY plumbing has taught me, this is a very
likely problem so opted for the new valve.

Happy with outcome and costs.

I’m giving 5 Stars as even though it took 5 engineers 5 days to fix the leaking pipe they did so on what was a difficult fix 15mm copper to 16mm plastic ….. and it wasn’t the new plastic it was old style ……. In the end I sourced the correct connection and they fitted it making it leak free ……. The engineers were great !!

The engineer that attended was awesome
He took his time to ensure everything was done properly even though the company ordered the wrong part and he was working alone, but I am still awaiting for the invoice from Dyno so I can understand how I ended up with a £400 bill even though it was only 1 resource for 2 hours…….
