Dyno-Rod - Gloucestershire Recenzje

Very happy with the service.
Cliff was thorough and explained everything he was doing and where the problem was.

Daniel was brilliant!
Came on time & sorted our blockage straight away.
Highly recommend 😃

Cliff the dyno rod guy was brilliant. He listened properly to my concerns and cleared the blockage safely. He explained where all of the drains and pipes are going from. I was happy to pay because now the problem has been fixed.

Grateful to Cliff of Dyno, who sorted out our blocked drain. He let us know he was on the way, arrived exactly on time, and explained everything clearly. I could not have asked for better service. In addition to this he taught me a lot about drains!

On time, very polite and thorough. Gave me a call 20 minutes before arrival. Thoroughly recommended.

Two guys came out one was called Matt. They gave me a call 35 mins before they arrived which was excellent. As the appointment time was anywhere from 8am-6pm. Both guys very respectful of property. They had great advice and would definitely use this company in the future. Reasonably priced too.

Arrived on time and carried out the work quickly and efficiently

Our engineer was very professional. He was respectful of our property, helpful by explaining exactly what he was doing and why, and gave us guidance to prevent the problem recurring.

Great service from ‘Danny the DrainWhisperer’! Quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem which had puzzled us for years. Located the problem plastic bags that had been used to cap off an old drain and managed to flush them out. Problem has been solved. Worth every penny.

Great service from a professional team. Clifford Godwin the engineer provided a first class service.

Shout out to Cliff who did all he can as thoroughly as possible. Went above and beyond and didn't stop until all was clear. Legend

Very easy to book a slot and they called 30 minutes before arriving.
Cliff was absolutely amazing, he was so professional and hardworking. He cleared by blockage due to his excellent knowledge.

Arrived within an hour of calling, nice friendly guy, knew exactly where to look for blockage, and was sorted. Would definitely use again.

Excellent service. Blocked pipes cleared within the hour of turning up and spent time talking through the process and where/what the problem was. Highly recommended.

Very thorough, everything was explained to me as they went along. Can't fault them, would use again. Upfront prices so no nasty surprises. Big up to your man Danny!

Absolutely 💯 amazing service. I had 3 engineers involved in my BIG job Martin, Mat & Sean they were so helpful in explaining everything step by step on the job.

I was so worried about the whole job but they really did help me by getting me booked in and sorted within a reasonable time frame, so grateful for that!

Will definitely use Dyno-rod again as you do get a full report on your job and they will be no cutting corners, they say it the way it is honestly.

I have always had insurance with them and I highly recommend it to everyone who reads this review to get it. It saves you from cowboys who sell you the world but deliver you more damage to your property.

Thanks again Dyno-rod especially the 3 wonderful men who was involved in my job.

Great service. Easy to book and contact local office. Cliff was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to solve the problem and checked everything really carefully after the job. I’d definitely call Dynorod in the future.

Easy to book a slot, Engineer arrived called to let me know when he was on his way. Danny was great, cleared the blockage promptly and went through the cctv feed showing the issues on the run that were causing the problems, advised and quoted for some work required in the near future and reported the issues to severn trent portion of the line, guiding us through the process and explaining everything clearly

Appalling service. Requested support 8.30am and advised an engineer would be with me for lunchtime. When a no-show was advised it would be by 6.00pm - still a no-show. No phone call to explain the no show.

Clearly now Dyno Rod are partnered with Bristol Gas, they don't care about their reputation.

Came out within the hour, after an easy to contact website. Dealt with so efficiently and quickly and by a really friendly but professional engineer. We highly recommend this company without doubt!
