Poor Overall Package for the Price
Given the cost and quality of the mattress topper itself the product offer is let down by the poor storage straps provided (flimsy, cheap and extremely difficult to get back on leading to us to resort to another solution - bungee cords) and the lack of a storage bag as standard. It’s pretty cheeky to offer one for an additional charge for an item of premium bedding which is going to be used out and about a lot (and therefore prone to needing to be protected). I wouldn’t buy from Duvalay again because of this. I don’t think the comfort of the topper is sufficiently ‘stunning’ enough to justify this price for the overall package (or lack thereof). The delivery time was also slow (why 7-10 days?). Overall not impressed given the name this company supposedly has in the marketplace.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you feel the overall package did not meet your expectations, particularly given the investment you made in the topper.
We understand your comments regarding the storage straps and bag. The current straps were introduced following feedback on our previous options and, to date, they have generally been well received, with many customers preferring them. However, we appreciate that they have not worked as well for you, and we’re sorry for the frustration this has caused.
Our storage bags are offered as an optional extra because not all customers require one, particularly those who have their own preferred storage solution. We appreciate that, for customers who regularly travel with their topper, having a bag included as standard would be preferable, and we’ll certainly take your feedback on board.
In terms of delivery, our 7–10 working day timeframe reflects the fact that our toppers are hand made to order rather than mass produced, and we want to ensure each one is made to the standard our customers expect. We appreciate that this can feel like a long wait, and we’re sorry the delivery time added to your disappointment.
We’re pleased to hear that you’ve found the topper itself comfortable, although we’re sorry it hasn’t felt sufficiently ‘stunning’ to justify the overall price for you. We genuinely value your feedback and will share your comments with the relevant teams as we continue to review both our products and the overall customer experience.
Thank you again for your honest feedback, and we’re sorry that on this occasion we haven’t met your expectations.
Best Wishes

Cannot fault a thing - Outstanding
The customer service is outstanding. All staff know every detail about each product. The shipping is super quick and reached us in time for our first camping trip. The Duvalay sleeping bags are amazing and my daughter loves her dinky one. The zipped fitted sheets fit perfectly on our rib bed and they even made a bespoke one for our pop top! Thank you so much. 100% recommend.

Disappointing
We recently ordered the bedding bundle. What we received wasn’t what we thought we’d ordered. We thought we were getting the fitted Duvalay mattress topper with the quilt attached. Instead, we got an overpriced quilt, fitted sheet and pillow case. Very disappointing. Make sure you read the descriptions carefully and know what it is you’re ordering.

From your comments, it sounds like the Duvalay Sleeping Bag System may be the product you were looking for, as this is the option that combines the duvet and fitted sheet system with the mattress topper. If you would like to discuss this further, please feel free to contact our sales team, who will be happy to talk through the options available and assist you in finding the right product for your needs.
Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope we can help you find the perfect Duvalay solution.
