So good that we ordered a second set!
We ordered a second set of fitted, zipped sheets for our 2.5cm comfort toppers that we use in our camper van. Excellent fit and quality. Delivery was within expected timescale. We were so impressed with our first set that we bought a second set to allow for washing when we are away.

I ordered a custom sized mattress…
I ordered a custom sized mattress topper from Duvalay for my camper - they didn’t have a template so I had to do my own measurements - there were a few back and forth before I was happy (mainly due to me not trusting my measurements due to odd shape and not symmetrical). They were very patient with me. Once I had approved the topper was made and ready in 7 days. Cooltech - very comfy. Brilliant customer service. Would highly recommend.

Delivery was appalling
Product is great but delivery was terrible
Confirmed delivery with neighbour as post office missed their confirmed day. They confirmed they would leave with my neighbour but then just dumped it on my open drive in front of anyone passing when I was away for the weekend

Hello John
Thank you for your feedback, and we’re very sorry to hear about your experience with the delivery of your order.
We’re delighted that you’re pleased with the product itself, but we completely understand your frustration with how the parcel was handled while you were away. Leaving a delivery unattended on an open driveway, particularly after an alternative arrangement had been confirmed, is understandably disappointing and not the experience we would want for our customers.
Although the delivery was handled by the courier, we’re sorry that this caused you inconvenience and concern. We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we’ll make sure your feedback is passed on.
Thank you again for your kind comments about the product and for choosing Duvalay.
Best wishes,
The Duvalay Team
