Follow up to my previous feedback.

On August 7th, I received the email saying that they cancelled the VIP membership (that I have never signed up for by the way) and they guaranteed that I would never be billed again.
Well surprise surprise, September 7th, I was charged once more. I called and called and send emails but no one bothers to answer back. I have no idea on how to stop does charges.

Doesn't work when I shave my bikini area and for the legs part Doesn't shave all the way. Don't waste your money like I did

I have been contacting them for 5 months for refunds on FAULTY products and HIDDEN memberships.
Dusk confirmed membership was cancelled in JUNE yet I have had ANOTHER charge taken from my account this weekend. This is now STOLEN FUNDS.

THEY NOW OWE ME £97.49.

They've been scamming me for weeks without my knowledge. NEVER buy from this company. Plus their products just suck, I got the razor and it's awful, useless and I am so upset with myself that I fell for this. Wish more ppl knew about this. I just came out of hospital for a serious accident, I hope those people can't sleep at night

If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered the razors in March for my daughters (2 of them) and not only are they terrible, they’ve been charging me 29.99 a month I just discovered, every month since! I never signed up for a premium membership. I was already skeptical of the razors and there’s nothing else on their site I’d be interested in! It’s a scam!!! So I’m out another $120 for razors that suck!! Stay away from this company!!

Well today I received my "dusk shaver" . Imagine when I saw the EXACT same shaver on TEMU for a third of the price. I am so mad. Explains why it took so damn long to arrive.

This company is a disgrace. Bought my daughter a shaver. There was a $2 check box for a lifetime warranty. Checked it. Month later, unknown charge for $47. Cancelled card. Another month later, another $47 charge. Contacted them. Asked them to refund the $47 charge. They refused. After a 10 email exchange they refunded half. Give this card your credit card details at your own peril

There is a hidden clause in the terms and conditions when you order from this company. It automatically makes you a VIP Member and takes money from your bank account ($48.96AU) every month. There is no email to tell you each month that this is happening. Six months after my initial purchase I notice a debit to my bank account and further investigation found debits had been going on for 6 months. This company is nothing but a way of scamming you out of your money. Grubs!!!

I ordered these razors because I have super sensitive skin and as I seem to age, that sensitive skin gets more sensitive. I thought these would be a good alternative. Unfortunately, I fell for the hype and social media comments/reviews. This razor is literally nothing more than what men buy as an electric razor. It is PAINFUL to shave with either end. I placed an order and received it in April. Here is it, almost 4 months later and they tried to hit my bank for $29.99. For what? There was no membership box for me to check or uncheck. I've not received a single marketing or informational email from them since I placed the order. It's shady and it's frustrating all around when the product is subpar and isn't as advertised, and now they're basically stealing money.

The razor does not shave as well as a regular razor, and beware they sign you up for a membership and take your money each month for a one time purchase.

Extremely disappointing. The razor itself isn't terrible, but what a dishonest company! After ordering the razor, paying for it, and recieving it I got a random charge of 30 USD to my bank account. When I emailed them about it, the rep said that I had registered for the VIP package, which I absolutely had not. I expressed my frustration and cancelled my subscription but they did not refund my account. Will NEVER buy from Dusk again.

I ordered electric razors from this company about a month ago and first off, they’re extremely disappointing. Mine arrived fairly quickly, but in terms of functionality, they’re trash. If you want to spend 4x the amount of time for less than quality results then go for it, but on top of that, I was charged an additional $30 out of nowhere. From what I’m seeing, people have had this exact same thing happen and it’s supposedly a membership that they give you NO information about and don’t disclose. I have to completely replace my card, which is a huge pain, and I’m really frustrated with this company as a whole. You can’t leave reviews on their site because they don’t want people to know how garbage their products are, and you won’t find a single mention of the additional charges or a membership. Seriously, don’t bother.

This razor is useless, it barely shaves anything if at all and the company charged me twice for one razor and then tried to charge me 3 more times but luckily my bank caught it as fraud and so they didn’t get any money, but I had to change my debit card again, which sucked. I contacted customer service about this and they told me that because of some membership that I didn’t sign up for they couldn’t give me a refund I was extremely disappointed and really makes them look shady. I love how they post reviews on their website but yet there’s nowhere on their website to leave a review so where are they getting these great reviews from?

Brought a product from merchant. Looked in my account a few days later and was being charged $29.99 for a membership I did not ask for. After seeing the reviews here about them playing games, just decided to call my bank and refuse, dispute and cancel any other transactions with this company.

A complete scam and I have read other reviews stating the same. Can anyone tell me how to deal with them continuously taking money from me even though I didn’t sign up for their membership (no consent whatsoever). I tried contacting them but they won’t respond. Shall I go to my bank?

If I could give less than 1 star I would do so.
The raser is not even that good - it gets very hot quickly, and doesn't shave that well.
But the company automaticly signs you up for a VIP membership and charges you 29,99 USD without your consent. And the customer service sucks. They are hard to get in contact with, doesn't answare your questions or write back.
I've been trying all week to get a respond from them about canceling the unwanted non consented membership and for a refund.

Honestly, they don't deserve 1 star. I received the shaver and it won't turn on. I sent video proof of this to the customer service email. I cancelled my membership after being charged a second time for nothing and requested they refund me...they then told me I could return the product at my expense, I told them no because they sent it to me in non working condition. Then they offered a 50% refund on the product, I, again, told them no. They then offered 70% refund. I told them it seems crazy to accept a 70% refund for a product that 100% doesn't work and then requested a full refund and told them if they wanted their non working product back, they could provide a prepaid shipping label...that was 11 days ago and I have received no response and no refund. This company is a SCAM!!!!

If I could give NO stars I would. This product itself is ok …. Nothing fancy at all!! If you have thick hair. Nope!! Also the worst part about this company…THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!! Paid 45$ then next month another 29.99. Next month another 29.99. Ridiculous scam !!!!
