Ordered my case/bag and it arrived, when other companies had it on their site, but when you ordered it they could not deliver. Very good quality and a great price.

The service online from Drumstop was exellent,needed to change the delivery date, this was easily done with the courier service.

They offer finance which is excellent otherwise I wouldn't have been able to afford such a great cymbal. I messed up the order and they were able to change it for me and send an email confirmation also.

THIS DREAM BECAME TRUE EARLY THIS YEAR WHEN I PURCHASED A ROLAND TDK V 11 KIT. SINCE THEN I HAVE UPGRADED SOME OF THE HARDWARE TO MAPEX HARDWARE WHICH HAVE ALL BEEN PURCHASED AT DRUMSTOP. THERE WEBSITE IS BRILLIANT AND EASY TO USE, DELIVERY OF ALL MY ITEMS HAS BEEN QUICK AND VERY EFFICIENT, BUT THE MAIN ATTRACTION FOR ME IS THAT DRUMSTOPS PRICES ARE VERY COMPETITIVE AND OFTEN CHEAPER THAN OTHER DRUM WEBSITES I HAVE LOOKED AT. I WILL CARRY ON USING DRUMSTOP FOR ANY MORE PURCHASES AND I CAN ONLY THOROUGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHER PEOPLE. WHEN THE TIME COMES TO MOVE ONTO AN ACOUSTIC KIT, EVEN THOUGH I LIVE IN ANGLESEY, DRUMSTOP IS THE PLACE I WILL GO TO FOR THE KIT.

They had what i wanted, were happy to talk about it, and it came by next-day delivery - what more could you want!

Drum stop kept us informed of the progress of our order and the specific time we can expect to receive our delivery including the driver's name.

Although delivered on time, my elderly mum who took the delivery was not pleased with the urgency of the driver who didn't offer a helping hand to carry it from the front door into the house nevertheless, I was pleased with the ease of ordering and promptness of delivery.

We have now set up the drum kit for my son and looking forward to a good experience.

Easy to order online, delivery time was as promised, products ordered were excellent. Drum Stop realised I had ordered two products which could be sent together so refunded some of my postage.

There are no drum shops where I live and I needed some heads for gigs over the Christmas period so I shopped around online. Not only did Drum Stop have what I wanted in stock, they also had some of the best prices around. Admittedly, I left it a little late to expect fast delivery so close to Christmas but needn't have worried as they arrived a couple of days later. I'm a very happy customer.

I cannot give a full review as ithe drum is a Christmas present, but I can say it looks Amazing !!!! Has a little tap on it and the sound is wonderful. When it gets opened on Christmas Day, I will detail the full response.

My boyfriend decided this year he wanted something for his drumkit for christmas, which he later decided was going to be a double base pedal.I was completely out of my depth and messaged one of the guys at drumstop. After exchanging some emails (very quickly I may add) he explained which each selected pedal did and what the pro's and con's were.

Feeling oddly confident with my choice, I popped in all my details and paid for it all within 5 minutes. Received all my emails and sat back thinking it would be a couple of days before my parcel would arrive. Nope! I got sent a text that afternoon saying it was dispatched and it was delivered the next morning!

Very helpful, made over the phone arrangements for delivery.
One of the drum heads split during assembly, so they sent out a new one with a couple of things thrown in. They were here within the week.
