I bought this for my husband who is quite tall, and have struggled to find the right chair/throne for his drums , and he is made up with it !!!!!! great communication and fast delivery , thank you very much .

me stuff came bang on time again, even that odd size hoop that i can still get through at my age i bet you can't you old so and so! hope that's matey enough?

I made the exciting purchase of a drum kit from drum-stop on a Sunday evening, as well as an add on piece I requested to be fitted before dispatching. Not only did they fit it for me, but rang me the following morning to make sure I was aware of the changes I wanted, so I didn't end up with something different to my expectations, I received 4 nice big boxes the next day and there was no problems, everything was there in perfect condition and I had a very comfortable experience, won't hesitate to order in the future :)

This was my first order from Drumstop, not only did they offer me free advice on what to buy (without any pushy sales pitch), but my awkward request for delivery on one of three possible days was met without any fuss at all. The kit arrived well packed and with everthing in the box, can't fault them!

MY SON NEEDED A CYMBAL VERY QUICKLY AND THE STAFF WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP HIM, VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE FAST EFFICIENT SERVICE WE RECEIVED. MY 16 YEAR OLD SON DEALT WITH THE ORDERING AND HE SAID THE STAFF WERE REALLY EASY TO TALK TO AND WOULD DEFINITELY SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN. FAST DELIVERY AND THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I would not normally comment on an issue that was resolved with myself and a retailer of anything - But, as the world seems to be "wired in" to pass comment on every tiny aspect of their existence nowadays = This "Like" or "Dislike" Kack people seem to live by (Highly Sad in my book) : - My opinion =

I bet Drum Stop are a great company - Their "E" communication is first class , But - The Item I ordered (and was verified by a staff member description / specification wise) was not what I ordered.

They did offer a replacement straight away, but I did not want to pay the return postage on top of the original cost of the set of sticks. Not really worth the hassle to be honest.

It wasn't difficult to get the order right in the first place really. But again, the staff did offer a replacement - A bit late though.

Having looked for drum cases, I finally found them at drum-stop. I am still a bit skeptical about ordering from the web, BUT in this instance I was amazed. I received emails updating me about my order and details about when it would be delivered. All very smooth and just very impressive. Gives me the confidence to order again and happily recommend them to friends and anyone else.

I did have one issue with one strap, but I feel like I can't complain about that. That's a MAPEX issue.

Anyway, THANK YOU VERY MUCH for great service. You just don't get that these days and it just made my day :)

I bought a 7 piece Pearl drum kit. I ordered online on a Thursday morning and received on Friday morning to my home in Ireland. I was amazed at the speed of the delivery and service from the site. On all orders over €250 they give free delivery and I think this is great value for money. The staff were really friendly when i sent or received emails. I would recommend this site for anyone buying drum equipment.

The website was clear and easy to use and I was kept informed the whole time. Will definitely use again.

The site was accurate on stock. Staff are always helpful and friendly enough should you need to phone. Delivery was quick so I had my heads in time for the studio. I'd recommend highly.

I got exactly the cymbal arm I wanted but it certainly wasn't cheap and it took nearly 2 weeks so it missed the gig I wanted it for. But other than that pretty good. Would happily use them again.

The drum throne that I ordered arrived quicker than I expected.

I shopped around on the internet and drum-stop was the best deal out there on 24 pairs of sticks. The sticks came with fast free delivery....perfect in my opinion. I usually buy sticks for my son from another popular internet site, but from now on I will check out drum-stop too. If drum-stop continue to offer great prices on their products, then I will continue to buy from them.
