I do not eat sugar and was looking forward to trying Dr Pepper's new zero sugar, blackberry soda. That was a huge mistake, it tasted like cough syrup. I don't understand how that can taste terrible when diet Dr Pepper taste wonderful I had bought a 12 pack from Walmart and I took it back and got my money back. They need to take a queue from monster zero sugar drinks those are fantastic and there's no yucky after taste like there is with this zero sugar blackberry Dr Pepper to say I was disappointed as an understatement.

I've been a Dr Pepper fan for years. Just tried the Dr Pepper Blackberry. It is fabulous! I hope this will be a permanent addition to your line. I have to admit when I first noticed it in the store I thought "this will either be terrible or it will be great." Happy to report it is great. Thank you.

On 2 separate occasions- Alabama - Seattle - purchased Diet Dr Pepper - 3 12 pk cans - 3 16 oz bottles. Cans out dated with a nasty taste - bottles Flat. Customer service took all information- assured there would be coupons sent as means of compensation. Both were in 2024 - July - Nov. to date NOTHING- yet I got “rate” the associate- listed my complaint of no receipt- still nothing. What a rip off -

I only got 11 cans with soda, one of the cans is empty, it is nit fair that I pay for a 12 pk but get one filled with only air.

My favorite brand of soda. However, the small 8 pack bottles and 6 pack bottles are often FLAT. Which is a waste of money and frustrating.
Notified Dr Pepper customer service via phone and email said would send coupons never received.
Company doesn’t CARE about FLAT SODA.
Fix this issue doesn’t happen with competitors.

Coca Cola is better than than Dr. Pepper. They ain't bad but coke has much more flavor variety and the taste is just legendary, you guys should work on more trending and popular flavors.

I have been drinking Dr. Pepper forever. Something has changed in the formula. Not nearly as fizzy and completely flat after 10 minutes. This is not a one time thing. The last 3 cases I've bought are all the same. I'm a senior citizen on government pension. My one little joy is having my Dr. Pepper every afternoon with a snack. Change it back please!

Horrible drink taste like vomit

My child open and drank some of a can of Dr Pepper. It stank of rotten egg's, I'm keeping the can and the contents incase my kid is sick 🤬

Bought a six pack of Dr Pepper and a six pack of Pepsi both bottles. The Pepsi was so so but the Dr Pepper was flat as the floor. Called customer service twice and spoke to a gentleman who could have cared less about this issue. Dr Pepper/Pepsi you've lost a customer for life.

just tried the strawberry dr. pepper. UGH!!! the strawberry flavor is too dominant. have drank cherry dr. pepper for years. it's still the best.

Went a bought a 2L bottle of Dr. Pepper recently and cannot believe how vile it was. As someone who knows what it used to taste like as a child, they've clearly made it with 'Diet' ingredients. If you like diet/no sugar versions of fizzy drinks, just by this. Personally, I've just wasted money as it's been thrown away.

I have to begin by saying that I love Diet Dr. Pepper. I typically drink a 12 oz can every day with my lunch when I eat at home. I like the flavor and enjoy the extra fizz.
My only issue is with the customer service. I can't really say that it's bad because it doesn't exist.
We buy a 12 pack every 2 weeks or so at our local grocery/produce store. For the past few months more than half of the cans are apparently over filled. When you pop the top the soda sprays all over and then the top of the can fills up with liquid. This is obviously due to the CO2 carbonation bubbles expanding when the pressure is released by opening the can. This takes up room in the can and displaces the liquid out of the space.
This is simply poor quality control in the process that can be easily corrected at the bottling plant.
I wrote to Dr. Pepper and got a response asking for dates and production codes which I supplied in the initial communication. I sent photos of the markings stamped on a can but heard nothing back. A couple of weeks later I inquired about a status and was asked for the same information. I sent photos again and got nothing. A few weeks later I replied yet again stating my surprise at the company's lack of communication - nada.
I'm not looking for a free product voucher or even a coupon but just an acknowledgment that they just care a little bit about their customers.
I will continue to enjoy the product and I guess just put up with the mess.

Taste is disgusting i don't know why people drink this stuff.
