Do not recommend
The lack of communication is absolutely unreasonable. More than two weeks after I placed my first order, I received a FedEx tracking number that will be updated once my order is actually fulfilled. This is after two emails requesting information.
I'll give them another day before cancelling, opening a charge-back, and reporting them to Shopify.
