Really impressed with how Jessica managed my recent concern - you don’t often receive customer support to that high standard anymore nowadays! Thank you Jessica for addressing my concern and resolving the issue so quickly.

This company has brilliant customer service, the best I've ever had and the product is excellent. I just purchased the wrong colour for me and was immediately sent a great replacement by Jessica. I doubt any other company could top this in more than compensating their customers. Over 100% customer satisfaction! Thanks so much.

Jessica at Dr PawPaw was extremely helpful. Emailing back promptly when there was a problem and sending out a new one when I sent the batch code.The lip balm was a gift so I didn't want to complain to my friend when I couldn't get it to come out and eventually the tube split at the bottom from the pressure. I now realise that the tube works better if it is kept warm in a pocket. January in our kitchen is too cold! Loving the replacement and it is doing its healing job.

I contacted the Dr Paw Paw Customer Service team to let them know about a quality issue with a lip balm I had purchased in Tesco, not expecting anything in return however, the advisor Jessica couldn't have been more helpful and offered to replace the product free of charge. It's often not the fact that something went wrong, it's the way a company deals with it once an issue has been flagged by the customer, good work!

I bought a tube of pure paw paw blackcurrant flavour lip balm and I need to tell you I have had a very painful mouth .this stuff is fabulous my skin is already starting to heal . I had bought so many different things before nothing has ever worked so fast and it looks like a lip gloss and tastes really nice ………also home bargains sells it half price than anywhere else

Amazing customer service! After an initial problem with the packaging of the product, I genuinely could not believe the quick response and fantastic customer service provided by this company. They have been amazing and it was all dealt with within a couple of days.

I purchased a Dr PawPaw 7 in 1 hair treatment bottle. Unfortunately the pump that dispensed the spray became faulty. I contacted customer services and received a response very quickly. Sarah apologised for the faulty product, explained that a new design had been manufactured and posted me a replacement bottle. Excellent customer service.

Faulty packaging appears to be a common issue with Dr.PAWPAW balms - I had 2 of the red tinted balms split after a couple of uses. I emailed customer service and Jessica was so helpful - replacements were dispatched straight away.
I won't stop buying the products - the tinted balms and overnight balms are holy grail products for me, but I hope they relook at the packaging soon.

Excellent customer service received by Jessica over the past few days. I have had issues with the pumps on 2 of my 7-in-one hair treatment bottles. Jessica responded to my email very quickly and is sending out replacement pumps for my bottles. Would highly recommend the product and the company for their customer service.

My gorgeous PawPaw lip balm had a highly unusual manufacturing defect. These things happen occasionally but the customer service response has been fantastic. I had a response just minutes after raising the issue and a replacement product is on its way. Thank you Sarah - THE most responsive customer service experience I have had in a very long time.
