Dr.PAWPAW Recenzje

Great customer care from Sarah Newman - quickly sorted an issue I had with a balm and great impression as a first time customer, thank you Sarah

I love all Dr PawPaw products, but had a problem with a split tube of balm from a recent order. I contacted Customer Service straight away and was contacted really quickly by an assistant called Katie. She apologised for the fault, said it would be investigated and promised to send me a replacement tube. I've never had a problem before, but couldn't have asked for better service.

Excellent customer service, sorted my issue out with speed and efficiency.

Great experience due to Jessica from the customer service team being very friendly, polite & giving me clear instructions and advice. I highly recommend their product & services.

The customer service team promptly dispatched the missing items of my initial order once they saw my comment on Instagram. Really like that the social media platforms can be used to communicate with business and raise issues like this, and Dr Paw Paw is effectively and efficiently maximising this platform for their customers. Thank you Katie Lott for swiftly responding to my email. Thank you.

I had an issue with a product and Katie responded quickly and dealt with the problem straight away! Great customer service.

Great customer service

Jessica watts dealt with my complaint when I purchased a faulty product. She was quick to respond and issue a new product almost immediately. It arrived quickly and the service was nothing short of exceptional. Wonderful to see from my favourite brand!

Fantastic customer service, very quick to reply, polite and instantly resolved my issue.

Katie was incredibly helpful when I received a defective product.

I was not expecting anything, and just wanted to let them know of an issue, but she went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience.

Really ethical company, great staff.

Thanks Katie!

Great customer service, quick response and rectified my product issue with a replacement

The product and the customer service received is top quality.

Received the wrong product and emailed a woman named Jessica who sorted out the situation perfectly and was so nice , replacement product had been sent , looking forward to trying it out

I'm really enjoying using these lip balms. This is because they are very hydrating and don't leave my lips feeling sticky or greasy. They glide on well and have a nice hint of colour in them too. They give a nice shine on my lips and don't feel heavy, just nicely and light

Absolutely LUV the Overnight Lip Mask. Use it every day especially during this time of the year. Helps keep my lips nourished and shiny 💋

Great customer service. I had an issue with a product bought in store, and Jessica from customer service sorted it out straight away.
And I love the Wicked lip balms…. Got one each in my bag, coat, at work, home!

Five stars for customer service, without having purchased anything I had a prompt informative answer to a query from Lillie which answered my question and also the offer of more detailed/tailored info if necessary. Thank you :)

Love Dr PawaPaw products! Recent issue with faulty packaging was resolved quickly and with excellent customer service.

Great customer service today and lovely products as always

Amazing, I had a problem with the product I had purchased and I emailed when I realised. I was amazed as I received a reply very quickly and a replacement is being sent out. I haven’t had this with any other company to date. I will be using this company again in the future
