Audi Epsom - great service!

Good customer service

The handover went well if a little slowly. The knowledge of the sales executive was good but I purchased a new car that they are not fully familiar with at the moment as it’s a new upgraded version. Not everything was accessible at handover as the App was not working in connection with my vehicle and is still not connected on their system but this is not the dealerships fault but I sure they will keep chasing it up with those responsible for making everything work. Customer service was good, sales executive was polite and courteous and treated me with respect, something that does not always happen to women purchasing cars

Good Service but a Price Issue

Excellent service - Lorenz continues to be very helpful with getting our private number plate put on to the new car.

I have emailed Robert Frost separately regarding the one issue we have with Audi Approved Epsom.

The handover was poor and rushed

The handover was poor and rushed, my car was damaged requiring a new wheel, I still do not understand how this was missed.

Overall not a good experience, luckily the car is great and going well and new wheel is on route but still causes some frustration with calls and sorting out at my own time.

Customer lost

Up GTI regular service.
Purchased new from Driftbridge VW in 2018 and serviced every year by them...but not any more.
£225.00 11 months ago, £300 2 years ago and now .....£500! For a 1 litre city car!
I challenged the increase and was told "costs have increased"- no sh*t Sherlock.
Gone independent and saved £200.

A very easy purchase decision and fullfillment

Tony was very helpful in showing the car and explaining how things worked and spent time helping to set the interface up and helped in answering questions after I'd bought it. And the various bits of paper and things that needed sorting out administratively where undertaken in a very timely way. Thankyou.

Helpful and thorough.

Helpful, speedy service. Good thorough briefing on operating various aspects of the car. Non-pushy explanations on 'extras' to go with car, eg. service contract, wheel cover, etc. Going the extra mile to bring car some distance to provide a test drive.
