Overall a positive experience and I would recommend them. However, a few points:
1. Car not prepared to standard expected. Only after reaching home noticed a large stain on right side bumper and a stain on front passenger seat. Also an uncomfortable creaking noise on driving that ought to have been attended too. I simply assumed an authorised seller would bring car up to standard.
2. Almost an hour delay because their account didn't receive funds despite being cleared from our bank.
That said, they were friendly and willing to attend to any queries we had. They also didn't apply any pressure on us.

Stela is a fantastic sales person. She answered all my questions about the car and her explanation of the purchase options and add ons was clear.
On the day of collecting the car, there was something that I was unsure about and Stela took her time to explain it to me. She also helped to set up the Audi App as there were issues with it.

We swapped a Q5 Vorsprung for an e-tron 50 Technik. We are happy with the newer car though I do miss some of the bells and whistles that the Q5 had.

Great service

The experience was perfect from Agnieszka Wiecha (Agi). She listened to my requirements, identified the vehicle I was interested in, and dealt with my difficult questions and worked with me on the negotiation so I ended up a very happy customer.
When we picked the car up she made my wife and som feel totally involved and didn’t isolate them in the process.
