My local GP started charging me monthly for precriptions instead of every 3 months. That basically tripled the cost of my medication. Then I found Dr Felix online. Super fast process and great prices. Thank you!

The dispatch time for my items was…
The dispatch time for my items was not as quick as usual I had to send an email regarding this. The payment had been taken from my bank but I still had not recieved a dispatched email as advised. After the item was eventually dispatched am now still waiting for the package to be delivered as I was not aware that these items had to be signed for it was never the case on my previous orders . The delivery is due tomorrow at a friends address .Appreciate that there was a bank holiday, but on this occasion have found this purchase a remarkable drawn out experience .

Suddenly rejected my order
I used this supplier for a couple of years and they were very good. However, when I placed a reorder earlier this month, for the same items I'd purchased b4, I suddenly found my payment had been returned without any reason. When I emailed them they replied saying "We're under new management and we're worried about over prescribing people". I don't see how this new rule applies to people who are reordering the items they have been allowed to buy for the past 2 years. I've found another supplier now, who is actually cheaper. So it appears all's well that ends well!
