The young lady was great, she greeted us explained were and what everything was and then left us too it. A nice touch was letting me use the toilet as the previous places we had been refused. Showed us the bed in more detail once we had picked which one we wanted. Good sales approach and bought a bed so all good.👍🏻

We purchased a mattress and bed through Dreams. It was literally a dream and very easy to do. Great delivery, on time and kept up to date.

Staff very polite. Took mattress upstairs placed on the bed and removed all packaging. Brilliant service

Both the buying and the delivery were outstanding.The only downsides was the price the company wanted to charge for the removal and disposal of old mattresse which didn’t take up ,far to expensive when considering the price of items bought.The sales people and delivery team get a resounding 12/10

Reliable service from start to finish. I don't think I would probably have made such a big investment if I had bought online but the whole experience was completely worth it and I've never slept so well!

Everything was hunky dory apart from lead times on delivery. It was explained but even so felt like an age. Minimal contact between ordering and the day before delivery. We had to go back into store to find out anything. The store staff had to even provide a print out of all the documents including the credit agreements etc. even tho they had our email details.
However, delivery guys were excellent and assembly etc was very speedy.
All good since, we sleep well and the frame etc seems as solid as we were promised

The TheraPur mattress we recently purchased is really comfortable and does indeed give a good nights sleep. Can’t fault the buying experience, the salesperson wasn’t pushy and after doing the computerised sleep experience left us alone to make our decision. Good communication regarding the delivery date/time, our mattress was delivered within the 2 hour window. Delivery people friendly and polite, removed old mattress (already bagged up) and all packaging from the new mattress.
