From the lady placing the order to the delivery guys. Everything was perfect. Delivery details sent the day before and then the guys rang me up on the day of delivery with an approx time for delivery. Great service.

Something has gone wrong with my Therapur Actigel Artic 2600 D Mattress. Dreams are not interested as there third party company assessed the centre of the mattress and not the walls which have collapsed . We can no longer sleep on the mattress, it is less than 6 months old. We have wasted £1165.83.

The delivery men were considerate, efficient and friendly.

Bought our bed with a delivery date 11/11 and 3 days before got an email saying it was delayed with no further information. I got in touch with the store who said they'd probably over sold what was in the warehouse and the next delivery date he could see was 31/12. I contacted the customer service line and after waiting over 2 hours someone told me the delivery date was now 17/12. An over a month delay is ridiculous if there's no certainty the stock is there they shouldn't be giving out delivery date

Update: following a chat with a different customer service person they more clearly explained what had caused the delayed and offered to try and find a different bed for us instead that would be available sooner. While still very frustrated with the delay I do appreciate the help at trying to resolve the issue

Update 2: half an hour before the very delayed delivery window I received a call saying part of the bed was missing and would I like the bed delivery without the slats or wait an additional 2 days for them to find the missing part. After waiting over a month from the original delivery date for then to be messed around yet again is ridiculous. I certainly won’t be recommending dreams to anyone or using them again.

From ordierng the bed and mattress everyone was so helpful. I got a date for delivery to suit me and on the day was delivered kept upto date of the time they would arrive. 2 dilivermen men were excellent and actually put the bed up for me. Tidied all cardboard and wrapping up. No mess at all. I was very happy with the end result

Excellent delivery service of new mattress and removal of old mattress. On time delivery and the two delivery men were friendly, polite and quick and asked if I understood the comfort guarantee or did I need them to explain it to me.

Thank you very much for the lovely service. The workers were very kind and polite. They arrived on time and completed the job quickly, even bringing spare slippers to wear in the house. The best service, and I definitely recommend them.
