The sales lady, was knowledgable , professional & really helpful. We were kept up to date as to when & time of delivery. We had 2 beds delivered to different addresses. Both arrived on time, and delivery guys were quick & efficient , happy to make sure beds were where we wanted them. Also offering advise on airing mattress. Very satisfied with customer service, from all departments .

I went into the Crawley store as it had more choice compared to the Horsham. I was greeted quickly but as soon as i mentioned I was exchanging as the previous mattress was causing us back pain and lack of sleep she quickly said she wasnt able to help. I pointed out is it not her job to help me find an alternative? She said it was preference and to grab a pillow and try them. I was shocked, already devastated that we have to deal with replacing the one that did not turn out like we tried in store to then not have any help in trying to make sure we get it right the second time. Apparently Crawley store is renowned for poor customer service unless you are first time buying. She was very rude and dismissive and I was desperate for a fix with having a baby and toddler, sleep is very important.

Good selection of beds to choose from. Helpful assistant who had knowledge of products to advise. Quick and east transaction and we were able to take our mattress away with us

Excellent service in store. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Good range of beds and mattresses and competitive prices. Delivery and removal of old mattress available (at a price - but worth it). Kept informed of delivery slot and more accurate time on delivery day.

Buying the bed I wanted was fairly easy at the store, but I felt I was led to buying a dearer mattress, from the ones I had looked at online.

But after having it delivered, and I slept on it on the first night, it was worth the extra money. As I have had some very good night's sleeps on it.

Great experience picking a mattress and bed frame. We used the sleep match which was in store which helped us narrow down what mattress we needed. Staff member was very helpful and didn’t push us into making a purchase

Item arrived on time and is comfortable to sleep on

Our new Tempur Cloud mattress from Dreams is absolutely wonderful. The best night’s sleep we’ve had in a long time. Our previous Tempur mattress, also from Dreams, was 12 years old, so ready for replacement. Dreams were brilliant, from the beginning. The ordering process was efficient, they kept us posted and delivery was so quick and easy, especially with into the room delivery and collection of our old mattress for recycling.

We purchased a lovely Enzo bed which we adore, the design and size was perfect for what we wanted and also at the same time we also purchased a ‘Robinson D Rolled’ which the lady said would be “perfect” for the Enzo bed frame as it’s flat frame supported. 4 months into living the, the mattress had completely sunk in the middle, with two people, should one of you sleep slightly more centre and the other on the edge, due to the mattresses collapsed/sunk, the person on the edge is sleeping at an angle / it’s caused sleepless nights and now considerable back and neck pain. The base support under the mattress now has indentations and well now be having to pay to get that privately assessed to claim on the bed for damage. We contacted dreams, who said as we were outside of our 100 sleeps and would have to send someone to asses. No problems we thought and said we were happy to exchange for a mattress that was more fit for use for this bed and obviously pay the difference. Assessor came out, checked the bed and mattress, said there was “visible” bowing. He then got out “A piece of STRING, laid it width ways across the bed and said there was no sinkage or fault with the mattress - I should point out, the string just laid on the bed. It wasn’t taunt or secured to show how much higher the edges of the mattress are compared to how much the centre had collapsed. I challenged the gent who basically said, if your not happy contact dreams - Finally saved up enough money now to have to go buy another mattress which we’ll have to get from another company. Best part of £1000 for both bed and mattress which was a lot of money for us. Bought our first home, bed let us down

Dreams staff was very helpful friendly and overall a very good service

Great service in the Dreams showroom and delivery was excellent. The mattress was delivered in the two hour time slot and the delivery men kept me informed of when they expected to arrive. They were courteous and polite.
