Fantastic service and great products
The sales staff were fantastic, helpful and patient (especially with the kids running around!) Delivery was smooth and efficient. The bed and mattress are amazing. Trouble is we now can’t get our daughter out of bed!!!!!

Amazing Service!
As soon as we walked into the store we were greeted with a smile. Sophie offered us a drink and set us up on the sleep match machine. She then took as around all our recommended mattresses and explained in detail about each one and how they are made. We ended up buying a new mattress and pillows. We are extremely happy with our purchase and the amazing service given to us

I've recently purchased one double electric bed and a king sized mattress + various other items from Dreams at Filton Bristol.
The in store service was very good & helpful. Delivery dates and times were as promised and the delivery personnel were excellent.

Excellent Customer Service
Excellent customer service from Jonathan, did not feel pressurised at any stage during our time in the store. Made use of the Sleepmatch which then enabled us to try mattresses that suited our sleep patterns. Given several options and bought exactly what we were looking for.

We were looking for a new bed and luckily found Dreams
We were looking for a new bed and mattress and had visited several dealers in the area and were generally dissatisfied with facilities for trying out and generally interest by sales staff. The last stop on our list was Dreams, and here everything was much better. The sales advisor welcomed use but was happy for us to browse. When we did ask for assistance we got knowledgeable advice, were invited to use a sleeping position analyser, and given a range of possible mattresses to suit us.We felt that we had been advised by a knowledgeable professional who went on to find us the best possible deal. Will definitely recommend and use again.

The mattress I bought is very comfortable. I highly recommend anyone needing help in deciding which Bed or Mattress they need for comfort and support should visit DREAMS.

We went to Dreams with an open mind of looking at other stores.
The service we recieved was so good from Sophie that we did not need to go any further.
She was charming, efficient, caring and very knowledgeable about he goods and services available to us.
We would not hesitate to go back to Dreams again.

Had a great customer experience at drama and found the perfect bed for me and was very accommodating. Made me a lovely tea whilst browsing also. For superior from my previous simba mattress that I had replaced for this one. Dreams is still the best to use even with all these new online only competitors.
