The whole buying and delivery service was very good indeed. Instore was very pleasant whereas I was not pushed into making my purchase.😄 Delivery was on time and the men were very clean and pleasant. All ìn all very satisfied. PAL.

My time at the showroom was really good. The sales person seemed to be very knowledgeable. I ordered my mattress and the delivery date was confirmed. All went to plan and both the delivery men went above and beyond. Very happy. Thank you.

My Dreams experience
The sales lady was extremely helpful and patient, allowing us all the time we needed to select our new mattress. Delivery was quick and efficient, and although it was pretty early in the morning, the delivery men were cheerful and smiling. Thank you Dreams, a very pleasant experience and it is early days, but the mattress seems to be pretty good too.

Great service in the shop and continued through the delivery. Found the perfect mattress for us at a reasonable price and they took our old one away. What more can you ask? As a bonus we're getting a good night's sleep!

Very helpful staff member in the shop in Barnstaple. Delivery was easy. This company is able to give you a hour time slot for delivery which means that no one wastes any time! (I just wish other companies could do the same!)The mattress was exactly what we wanted. I would order from these guys again.

Friendly, efficient service
The staff were friendly and approachable and able to answer all our questions. We were buying a bed for my Mum-in-law and needed an electric one. We are more than happy with the bed, delivery and service all round. We would definitely go to Dreams again.

Fantastic service from Kay in Barnstaple, knowledgeable and no boring sales talk. Loved using the machine to determine the best mattress for me. Just a great experience, Dreams worked like a dream for me! I felt I had made a friend with Kay, certainly will be popping in to say hi.
