Great quality 😍 was delivered one week to late but it was not for a special occasion so it was ok. ☺️

Unfortunately, my experience with the customer service has been very disappointing.

I initially contacted them because the printed album was significantly darker than expected and the inside of the album was with 2 different colors. What followed was a long back-and-forth via email, without a clear explanation of what had actually caused the difference in print.

Eventually, they agreed to reprint the album, but only at an additional cost to me. Although I was already disappointed that I had to pay extra to have the issue corrected, I agreed because I simply wanted the album to be printed properly.

After that, a completely new issue came up. I was told that the new files I provided were only 72 dpi and too low in resolution.

I then spent a considerable amount of time checking my entire workflow: my Lightroom export settings, SmartAlbums print export, the exported spreads themselves, and finally even downloading the exact files again from the same WeTransfer link I had sent them.

The files downloaded from that WeTransfer link are the correct full-resolution files, 5960 × 2953 pixels at 320 ppi. So at this point, I still do not understand why they are seeing different file specifications on their end.
What frustrates me most is how much time I have had to spend troubleshooting this myself. I contacted customer service because there was a problem with the finished product, yet weeks later I am still investigating technical issues on my side without having received a clear explanation of what actually went wrong in the first place.

I have now requested a video meeting because the continuous back-and-forth by email is getting us nowhere.

Mistakes or production issues can happen. What matters to me is how they are handled. For a professional album supplier, I expected clearer communication, more technical transparency and a much more solution-oriented approach.

I sincerely hope this will still be resolved properly, but the service I have received so far has unfortunately fallen far below what I expected.
