Hi, i ordered the lo pro Trimmer which was in sale. The Price was reduced by 60€. The Trimmer arrived in 5 Days, Bit you Need a EU Adapter because it‘s an british plug. I would recommend this page although the other reviews aren‘t that good. The support is Perfect, when you have a question, ask them, they will answer very fast.

Cant charge the trimmers battery
I purchased a babyliss lo pro trimmer, a cape and neck strips. I am from sweden and they gave me a uk charger that i cant plug in and use. And the charger is almost impossible to find, its like it is a one of a kind 1:1. So flr now i have a useless trimmer

The worst experience I've had with a…
The worst experience I've had with a seller. I order from them. My package gets lost and returns home. They tell me that they will return the order to me but in the end I receive a notification that I have been refunded but I have received absolutely nothing. No transfer to my bank account or order. They barely respond to emails. You have to harass them to get an answer. I'm still waiting, the dispute has been going on for 2 weeks. I lost a lot of customers because of them. To flee!!!!

We’d like to provide some context on the situation. Your order was dispatched on time and arrived in France within two days. Unfortunately, due to a delivery issue requiring a signature with a valid ID, the package was returned to us in Ireland.
Given the medium fraud indicators on your transaction, including a missing card billing address, failed payment initially and subsequant successful payment with an alternative card, and the inability to obtain a signature, we decided to process a refund rather than resend the package. This decision was made to protect both parties. Your refund was processed immediately, and a confirmation was sent to you. Please note that refunds typically take 2-3 business days to reflect in your account.

Pero no estoy seguro de por qué calificarías nuestra empresa con una estrella solo porque tienes un problema con un producto, considerando que tu pedido fue despachado rápidamente y entregado a tiempo por nosotros. También podrías habernos contactado directamente por correo electrónico antes de dejarnos una reseña tan negativa. La trimmer Cocco Hyper Veloce que compraste cuenta con una cuchilla ajustable y también incluye un destornillador para ajustar la cuchilla en la caja. Si la trimmer no está cortando efectivamente, puedes solucionar esto simplemente alineando las cuchillas con las herramientas proporcionadas. Espero que esto ayude.

Liked the price and the content but what i didnt like that when i ordered i wrote my number and when they arrived the didnt have anyone to call so i had to wait for postnord(shipping company) to take it back to their warehouse and then to the nearest pickup place.
