Good Clothing Bad Shipping

I previously wrote a very negative review becuase an item I bought hadn't been shipped, within an hour I was given a reply and was given a personal email to sort out my issue, the normal email customer service still hasn't responded to my questions. They took days to ship both of my items that I ordered, considering the £8 delivery I would expect same day shipping, I'd give Drake's a 2 star review if it wasn't for the quality of the clothing which is perfect.

There is no customer service at all

There is no customer service at all. I spent more than 2,200 pounds to buy 5 pieces of clothing, but only received 4 pieces, so I sent a lot of emails to ask what happened, and there was no response at all for a week. Until now I don't know if the £325 dress was lost or not. no one told me

I bought a scarf online for my husband…

I bought a scarf online for my husband which took 10 days to arrive. The scarf wasn't what I expected so wanted to return. I am then charged £7.95 to return it. I have never heard of a company charging for returns. It has put me off buying anything from Drakes.

I apologise for the delay in receiving your order. Due to a high volume of orders, our dispatch team has been experiencing some delays in getting all the orders out. I can understand how that can be disappointing.
In regards to the cost of returning a purchase, it's part of our company's return policy, which is stated on our Returns page, and therefore we can't do much about that.

The time to dispatch the goods

The time to dispatch the goods after ordering leaves much to be desired. I was hoping to receive the items within a week as it was considered a birthday gift. The shipping UK-CH is advertised with express, but now 6 days have passed and the package has not even been shipped. In this price segment, I hope for better service or at least truthful information about the shipping time.

Fantastic customer service, inconsistent sizing

In short, inconsistent sizing but Henrik offers some of the best customer service to make sure I could get the right pieces.

In the past few months, I've gone from owning 0 pieces of Drakes (but admiring from afar) to several purchases of heirloom pieces, including a the Prince of Wales Raglan Coat, the Casentino Wool chore (exchanged for the corduroy chore), Casentino Wool pullover, and the Rocky Mountain Featherbed Harris Tweed vest. All of which I love. However I've been incredibly surprised by the inconsistent sizing across all of these pieces and have had to do several returns, and to be honest, am still not convinced I have the right size in a few of them. In all of these, Henrik has provided nonstop communication, responding to several emails in a days time, where most companies take several days to respond to a single email. He's personally gone done to the warehouse to check on sizes or set a piece aside that may sell out, and gives me a ton of advice to help land on the right pieces. To be honest, I probably wouldn't have purchased the incredibly expensive, but amazing, Raglan Coat had it not been for Henrik's customer service on previous pieces.

Practically perfect in every way

I bought a blazer and then had to return it, as the size turned out too big for my Asian frame. Everything went perfectly. The communication was smooth and effective right from the start till the end. The salesperson in charge, Henrik, was consistently and relentlessly courteous and wise in his counsels. Will most definitely go back.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever! Sent more than 10 emails but rarely get replied by Drake's team. My order is #WEB87557 and I received wrong order. Issue reported but no help offered no solution offered which is totally waste of time. In Dec they never replied email. Can you imagine how could a 'reliable' company leaves their customers for a month without offering any after-sale service at all. This is a joke.
