I ordered a scarf for my husband's birthday. Besides the great product itself my experience with the customer service was great. I had a question regarding import duties since I don't live in the UK and wanted to know whether the price already includes duties. The customer service replied by email and also explained to me via phone that the price (EUR/Austria) already includes duties. The person was extremely polite and helpful. Everything worked out as explained and the delivery was also super fast. Therefore, I would definitely order again and we will also visit the store as soon as we visit London. I was looking for the last games blazer…
I was looking for the last games blazer in my size, Henrik put it aside for me after chatting by email. There was a bit of confusion with 3 staff having to look to find where Henrik had hidden it when I came in store on Saturday. However, they were all so helpful and friendly, it was all good fun. Richard got the prize for finding it hidden in the basement!
The blazer itself, is fantastic & made all the better by the jealousy of my brother in law at lunch on Sunday.

Nothing to fault! The website is clear and informative and once I placed my order, notifications and delivery were prompt.
The forest green wool jumper is a rich colour and of great quality; perfect for the autumnal season. I will definitely be ordering more items in future.

The best shirts
I’ve ordered online twice, having some shirts sent to Australia. One of those times, there was a little hold up for whatever reason, but when I emailed their customer service, they got onto it straight away and were helpful. These are the best shirts I’ve ever seen or worn.

Customer service is abysmal after…
Customer service is abysmal after placing an order I didn’t hear anything, after 2 weeks I emailed them to find out what was going on to which they eventually got back to me. Some of the items didn’t fit tried to send them back but because they’d taken so long to get to me I was told they’d gone beyond the 14 days return policy, after explaining what had happened ie them posting them late I was allowed to return them……. Still waiting for my refund 2 weeks on which is approximately £1600 and nobody is returning my emails!!
Really like drakes but the whole experience is putting me off them fast…..how hard is it to answer an email?

I really don't get an email reply. I'm going crazy with frustration. I've never seen such a slow response. It took me days to hear the answers of more than ten e-mails. c/s is a waste of a star.

Impatient customer gets no item ordered and no answer
On Tuesday, September 27, I have ordered an item on your website (order#85572) and received confirmation of payment and that the item will be promptly delivered. Two days later, on Thursday, September 29, I received an email informing me my payment is refunded – with no explanation! I have immediately fired off an email requesting an explanation, but no answer has been forthcoming.
On Monday, October 3rd, I have called your Savile Row shop and explained the situation, and was promised to be called back with an explanation in the afternoon. I was promptly called back and told that apparently there had been a “mistake”, and that I should receive an email from the online department, both with apology and with how to proceed to receive the item. The shop confirmed both that the item is not sold out and therefore is available, and that sending it to Paris is not an issue.
Today, Wednesday, two days later, no email has been received, and I still don’t know how to receive the item ordered. What is going on?
