Is was quite good, got sent ticket information and how to retrieve them 4 days before the concert. The only downside was, I emailed double 8 a week before this asking how I would receive my tickets because it was getting very close to the date of the concert and nobody got back to me which made it stressful.

Amazing Seats and great Night well Done

Less than a week before the concert and no tickets. No advice on how you get your tickets, no advice on what the tickets are IE E-ticket, paper ticket etc. No reply to emails, phone line not open on the very limited dates it states. Closed right now at 11:05 Hrs on the Monday despite being open! No login on their website, no app. I could go on. Truly abysmal service and rip off ticket sales. You should all be closed down as your customer service is zero but oddly enough you're quick to take the money and send emails daily to buy more. Avoid these overpriced cowboys at all costs. Truly appalling.

They have had our money for nearly a year, We have via mail contacted them several times per mail, now there is only two and a half week to the concert, and we are afraid that we never will get our expensive tickets. We have bought flytickets and booked hotel, the concert is a dream come through and absolutely our last and only chance to experience Cliff at the Royal Albert Hall… We cross our fingers, that we in the last minute will receive our tickets and that the seats will be at the place, we have paid for !

I cant recommend this company enough, I have been purchasing tickets from them for a few years now.
Always GREAT seats and good value.

I’ve had a few great experiences now through Double 8 tickets. Both events I’ve attended have been 10/10 in every way. The Process couldn’t have been easier from Purchasing to receiving the tickets. It’s the only way to go if you want to attend high in demand events!

I spoke to an advisor called Kayleigh today to ask if she could help me change my tickets from the evening performance of the show we were seeing in January to the matinée performance.
I had read the T's&C's and knew it was non-refundable but thought I'd ask if I could change.
She found out that I could and did it immediately. This was much appreciated for myself and my friends. So thankyou Kayleigh and Double 8 tickets.

Absolutely brilliant my daughter and i have been going to see westlife since she was 5 years old and that has got to be the most amazing concert that we have attended and we have seen as many as 25 over the time.
The seats that you were able to supple were outstanding and i would always now purchase my tickets thought your site. I know we pay a bit more but you do get the best seats.

It was an amazing night

I made a very last minute, spur of the moment booking through Double8 to see Westlife in RAH. I've been using Double8 for years and it has never let me down. I wasn't pushed about the seat - just wanted to be there. I was in Rausing Circle, front row and didn't know what to expect. As it turned out, it was a great seat and a wonderful show given by the lads plus Royal Phil'. If I need that excellent seat or I'm booking last minute, then I always turn to Double8 and they've never let me down.

The concert itself was awesome but the performers were all positioned on the far left side of the stage and those of us standing on the right side could not even see them. We had to look at the big video screens. Very disappointed that with the high cost of the ticket I expected that my viewing position would have been more in line with where the performers were located, but that didn’t happen.

Purchased tickets to Sting’s Hammersmith show back in January. Communications excellent from Double 8 as tickets not released until day of gig so very reassuring that they kept me updated. Charlotte called me a few hours beforehand to give me the brilliant news that we’d been upgraded and moved to very close to the front. Wife delighted so I am very happy! Amazing gig and amazing seats.

I was looking for tickets for Westlife for my mum's birthday. I wanted to get her the best seats I could. I tried everywhere and couldn't find anything even remotely within my price range.
My friend recommended double 88. Tickets were fantastic, and great value. Given I was so late to the party, they were definitely worth the premium.
Everything was spot on. Purchase, delivery and seats.
I will definitely use them again
