When I purchased tickets they did not tell when will they send me tickets. The show was near and did not send me tickets and I tried to call them they never pickup phone. After sending two times mail they replied. I will never buy from them again. Bad experience.

Looks like my daughter and 2 friends may be victims of this company having bought Taylor Swift tickets for tomorrow evening, 16 August. She paid for the tickets through an Associate of Double8tickets, Angelo Mendocino, in August 2023. Lots of promises that tickets would be transferred 2/3 weeks before then last week then Tuesday this week. Lots of calls and messages yesterday and today and nothing. I'm assuming that Double8 have sold the tickets elsewhere for much more money. I'll retract this review if I'm proved wrong in the next couple of hours but am fuming right now.

Double 8 gave us an exelent service. We arrived late in London and was unable to Pick up the tickets at the Office. Double 8 sent a guy to hans over the tickets half an hour before the show started. We were amazed.

Contacted Double8tickets.com for a Hyde Park Stevie Nicks ticket after Viagogo badly let me down.
I wish I had gone straight to Double8tickets.com in the first place. Very friendly, efficient on the phone, the site was easy to use and I got my ticket to download within a couple of hours after ordering. The VIP Garden ticket was also considerably cheaper than my original one.
Will definitely use this company again. Highly recommended.

Fraudsters!!will not be using again!!Purchased 2 tickets for Barry Mannilo at the Palladium first 10 rows!£250!no email correspondence and was chasing for the tickets until the night before the gig.2 x tickets for upper circle came!the very last row😡no reply to emails and phone lines closed as the weekend,even Palladium staff said Doible 8 were dodgy!needless to say never did get a response hence the warning!be very wary of this company.

Greatest venue is for me and a lot of artists the Royal Albert Hall.

Paid £550 for two tickets for the Killers at the o2 Sunday 07/7 good seats.but charged £9.95 for posting tickets which were not posted but had to find via an email message one day before?

Bought 4 tickets for the F1 Grand Prix and paid £1800 for 4 tickets Thursday through to Sunday
We were continuously told the tickets were on there way, would be there today, then tomorrow, then in the next hour, then please find tickets attached on an email with no attachment from the owner of double 8 tickets Daniel Duran.
We arrived at Silverstone on Thursday 4th July as per our booking to be given every excuse under the sun, we had to arrange our own tent and camp site although paid for 2 supplied & pre erected tents without any access to any of the Friday practice sessions or Bands playing at the event not to mention qualifying & race day.
We spent the whole day Friday emailing, calling and messaging these muppets to try and arrange our entry without so much as a courtesy response to apologies, give an explanation or tell us we’ve scammed you now go home !!

We can only hope that this feedback will stop you from even contemplating using this company for tickets as they are full on crooks with no intention of coming through with what you’ve paid for.
I won’t get our money or wasted time back but I do take satisfaction in knowing I’ve prevented many more people being scammed.

My Shania Twain tickets were running late! I was stressed! But I had a follow
up call from a wonderful customer service person! Not only were my tickets going to
arrive in the BST app, but I was offered a free upgrade to VIP !!! It all worked out!! I’m so excited!! Phone is tricky but emails work! Thank you Double8tickets!!
