I ordered 4 wire free bras. The ad claimed good support and looked good in the picture. The product received is absolute unusable junk. The fitting is for a flat teenager. I ordered XL. The fabric is a light flimsy sheer. Don’t waste your money. Go elsewhere.

My experience was terrible! I was expecting glass birds with metal frames, like in the pictures! What I got was painting of birds on metal, and was SO disappointed. Yes you may get the product. It takes weeks. Their return policy is FRAUDULENT. In my case I would have to return the product to CHINA. This return of my order would cost more than the product is worth. Then, you may or may not get credit to your card. STAY AWAY from ordering any product on it's flashy website.

DO NOT...I REPEAT...DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I normally don't order online, however I needed a shoe that was comfortable on my knee since I recently had knee surgery. The shoes are worth about $2. The material is like shoe material on shoes made for cheap dolls. I reached out and was offered $8 to keep the shoe or pay the shipping fee to return them. If I decide to send them back, it cost me $90 to return and then the company will refund me. Its not worth it because I paid $89.98 for two pair of shoes. Unlike me, I hope people will read this before purchasing anything from this 'false advertising' company! The description of how much support is in this shoe is a BIG LIE! My podiatrist said this shoe shouldn't be worn by any human! I HATE A COMPANY THAT WILL GET OVER ON PEOPLE LIKE THIS COMPANY.

DOT MALL (bras) IS A SCAM! I ordered bras designed by grandma. The web site said returns are honored. The company address was in USA.
I ordered according to the size chart on
the Grandma design bras website What I got was “posture correction” bras from DOTMALLS. They were WAY too SMALL!!!

I emailed Dot Malls to return the bras (unused) and they said “if I INSIST”
on returning the bras for a refund it will cost FIFTY to EIGHTY DOLLARS because the “warehouse” is in
China. They said they would offer a refund of $8.00!

I paid $80 for this order! Seems I stand lose $72 plus I will no longer have merchandise from them!

If anyone knows how to get my money back please advise on this site!

DO NOT BUY from Dotmall. TOTAL SCAM!!! Purchased “comfy wire free bras” for myself that would only fit a young teenage girl and the quality is poor, the material is cheap, the website description is wrong. Customer service is rude and not willing to help, and that’s IF you can get ahold of them. They make you return the items to China but won’t give you the information when you first call. You have to call back and then get a return address. When I called back, they hung up on me after seeing that I wanted a refund.

Purchased the "stain glass" birds - cheap overpriced garbage - poorly packaged and bent. Shipped from a US address, asking to return, expected me to mail it back to them TO CHINA AT MY EXPENSE

I did and got SCAMMED. I am 25-year diabetic and have learned a lot through the years. This JOKE of a device produces test results that must be multiplied by a factor of 18 to get the correct results. TERRIBLE!

Furthermore, they use non-standard units to present test data. This is probably done to hide the inaccuracy of their device.

Bras are too small. Ordered according to size chart. NO RESPONSE from multiple emails, and telephone voicemails left requesting a return call My 30 day window to return is almost up. No paperwork included in the bag, therefore no receipt. Please do not order anything from them!

If I could give minus stars I would. I ordered 2 bras from an ad on Pinterest, when received not even anything like the product I thought I ordered, then when I wanted to return them came the return scam. They offered $8.00 and keep the POS product, then offered $15.00, they want the product sent back to China, when the company has an office in New York and California, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I am filing a complete the Federal Trade commission, and with Pinterest they should shut these ads down as they are scamming anyone who orders from them.

Something cheap, for which they charge a massively inflated price, which includes massive shipping costs from CHINA built into the price, but was shipped out of Illinois in AMERICA. To return the item, you must ship TO CHINA at inflated costs to do so. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Just look at all the real warnings in all the negative reviews below - NONE of which can be seen from their website. In hindsight, there were warning clues I ignored. I bought 4 bras from dotmalls. They come to 75.00 with shipping. I used the size chart they had and when I recieved them the return address was new jersey, and the bras was to small so i wanted to send them back and get a refund and like everyone else I was told it will cost $50 to $80 to ship them back to China and u could get an 8.00 refund to keep them. And Like everyone else the material was not a very good one,if your bigger than a B cup forget it. It will not do anything for you. And the website said they would help your posture ( maybe help u drag). Anyways I kept going back and forth with emails about how they come from new jersey and not China and getting a full refund, but all I ended up getting was 20.00 back and keeping what they call a bra. I am very disappointed that I didn't check out the website before I ordered. So how can we get it out there to people that this place is a scam and rip off? It needs to be posted somehow when people goes and orders from the site or Facebook (which is where I seen the site) that it's a scam and not to order. And it is not a credited bbb. Well that's weird. I have to send to China and it came from new jersey from what the tracking says. This is a rip off and the bras are nothing like it said when I ordered them . I will let u no about sending it back.

No I will pay and ship the 4 Bras I got back to new jersey at the address that they was shipped to me from . But I would like to get a refund back for each bra of 15.00 each so that's 60.00. At least I'm not losing to much then. After all I did go by your size chart and ordered what was supposed to fit me and it doesn't. The least u could do is this and I would just be losing my shipping.

No 20.00 is not enough to keep the 4 bras I paid 60.00 for . And your website does not say the returns have to go back to China, si you are just ripping people off.

At least I'm not alone in being scammed by this fraudulent company! They wanted a reason why I wanted to return and I replied:
"I wish to return the items in question for the following reasons:
1. Unacceptable materials. Plastic?
2. Substandard fit. Sizing incorrectly.
3. Inferior workmanship.
4. Odor. They stink! In a shipping container too long?
5. Fraudulent advertising of product on website.
6. Just plain UGLY!

Is that enough "detailed return reason" ? Just send HOW TO return information. And I expect a full refund of the US dollars submitted for this ridiculous product!"

So this is how you do business in China? This is what you say is a fair "return policy." Sure doesn't do much for China/USA relationships. I wouldn't donate this product to a charity so I will put it in the garbage where it belongs. Shame on you! And shame on me for getting sucked into your scam!
