Omg. I am pleased I found the courage to try this brand. I struggled to find my shade match in make up and I have wasted money on make up that end up not being my shade. The make up colour match palettes are so helpful in finding your own shade without second guessing your shade or wasting money. Using the palette I found my perfect shade easily and I am happy.

Was a good shopping experience
Was a good shopping experience, I ordered a foundation but it was far too light. Might be helpful to have a way of getting small samples, as it can prove costly to go by pictures for this.

Ordered the mineral powder but was not…
Ordered the mineral powder but was not impressed with the brush. It feels so scratchy against my skin. The colour does not have the intensity I would like.
The lip gloss is very glittery. The bronzer is quite nice and the eyeshadows good value for the price.

I am sorry to hear about you not being able to edit the number of items in the shopping cart, but the options are there. Next time, if you’re using a computer, click on “Cart”, click on “View Basket”, and you will see on either side of the number of quantities in the basket is a “- and +” sign which should be used to add or reduce the quantity of items in the basket. At the bottom of the item in the basket, there is the word “REMOVE” which can be used to delete an item from the basket.
To edit using a handset, click on “Cart”, then “Checkout”, and along the top, to the left hand-side of the screen, you should see “Show Order Summary”, and next to it is a “Down Arrow “, clicking on it will show the content in the basket, and you can then use the “- or +” sign to add or reduce items in the basket or use the “REMOVE” bottom to delete an item from the basket.
If you’ve any issues when ordering next time, and it is during office hours, please give us a call on either 01622 687377 or 07901718506 and we will try and talk you through it. Thank you for your feedback.

I have been using Doris Michael's for over 15 years. What really attracted me to this product was the matte effect, I don't even need to use a primer because of it ability to give full coverage including pores. I give Doris Michael's 15/10
