Ordered 3 Deanta doors in July and handles. The buying experience was excellent, Sufyaan returned my calls, answered all my questions, and provided his advice.

I had an issue with 2 handles that had a manufacturing issue, they contacted Deanta who sent replacements!

I would definitely buy from them again

Dozy turnips about as untrustworthy as it gets. Monkey outfit you have been warned. Cheaper, safer and better options anywhere else but here.

Simply quality doors and handles at a good price

Really bad. I ordered two doors in January and they said were in stock on their website. Turns out they were not in stock, They kept telling us a month delivery, that kept moving, they said they had definately arrived in UK and would be with us middle of May. Now end of May and they have said end of July now. We have been fobbed off everytime we have rung. be careful ordering from them as they put they are in stock and then just string you along.

Revamped Apartment in Leeds City Centre with New Internal Doors and SPC flooring. Great Choice we Opt for Doors2floors. Was unsure as everything was ordered online without seeing the goods. Outcome was beyond my expectations being all high quality doors and flooring. 👍Many thanks 😊

Don't trust the website stock levels

I placed an order this afternoon, and the website said that the door I wanted was available in all sizes... only to be informed that they might get some in three weeks.

Hopefully the refund will be prompt and not a 'you should see it on your card in 5 working days'.

Phone them for stock levels if you are relying on them to deliver.

Struggling to get some doors delivered in time (all at manufacturers and long del time). They were very helpful and kept in contact daily to arrange delivery of the doors by special courier to meet my delivery date. Really nice to see the extra mile in these times

Bought 2 excellent grey laminate doors arrived quickly in perfect condition customer service excellent everyone is so nice they don’t rip you off with delivery charges will be getting more soon

Ordered doors and the accessories from Doors 2 floors on the 2nd of January. The doors arrived on the 8th minus the hinges I had ordered so I emailed to find out where they were. I was told they would arrive by DPD the following day. No sign.
Since then I have called on several occasions and am greeted with a full voicemail message. I have emailed 3 further times and had no response and also even used the contact form on the website and nothing. Would not use this company again the clearly just want to take your money and after that they don't care!

Literally the worst experience I have ever had buying something online. I ordered 1 door, hinges and door handle, the company called me a few days later and advised the website was wrong and the door i ordered was actually out of stock, they offered me an alternative which i agreed to.
After 10 days of no contact i emailed them for an update, i then received a call to advise the manufacturer hadnt processed the order so they will do it asap and i will have the door within 1 week, apparently they couldnt ship any quicker because i didnt live in london. The day i was advised the deliver was due came and went, no delivery, no contact.
I emailed them again as noone ever answered the phone when i tried to call!
I was told the door would be delivered the following friday instead, again it came and went and was actually delivered the following monday, luckily i was in. However, only the door came, no handle/hinges ect. I contacted the company AGAIN! They advised they will get it sent asap, i requested next day delivery. I received an email a week later to advise the extras would be delivered the following day.. they actually came 2 days later. Honestly the communication was poor throughout and there was no urgency in anything even to fix mistakes they created. If the website wasnt wrong in the first place i would never have ordered from them and i really wish i hadnt.

Just had the 6 doors we ordered delivered to us, all I can say is the customer service from this company has been spot on. There has been a slight delay in Shipping but they were always honest and quick to answer any questions we had about the delays. Special shout out to the delivery driver that delivered tonight at 10pm and still had more drops to do miles away! Very polite and helpful with the unloading of the van. We will be ordering some more doors from you in the very near future.

These guys are a bit naughty with pricing. What you see on website is not correct. I was looking for 5 Daenta Oak 30 inch Fire doors. The website showed, the doors I was going for were the cheapest here, when I called them I was told that is the wrong price by nearly 30%.
I did not buy from them but it was a waste of time.

Update : Too late now, I have bought the doors already last year when I put this comment. Thanks for responding.

Absolutely shocking service from this company. Ordered and paid in full for 3 doors on 3rd April 2021 which were showing as in-stock on their website. Then received an email saying they were out of stock but expected in stock mid June. Mid June came and still no doors and no communication from the company. Emailed them for an update and they said delivery would be week commencing 21st June. Asked for an updated on 1st July, no response. Asked for another update on 5th July, was told there had been a 'slight delay' and doors were now expected 20th July. Asked for an update 28th July, no response. 29th July they eventually emailed me after I called them and said doors were expected 16th August.

16th August came and went - no doors. Emailed twice, no response. Phoned them and eventually they admitted they had no idea when the doors would arrive and have now issued a refund.

The communication from this company is so poor, I would absolutely never recommend them to anyone. A shocking way to run a business.

Aside from this - they also listed my email address on another customers order, so I started receiving delivery updates about someone's order including when it would be delivered, their full address, an access code to get into their property and their personal telephone number.

STEER WELL CLEAR OF THIS SHAM OF A COMPANY!

Poor service. Confirmed doors due into delivery to them last Friday, so placed my order and paid in full. Money left my account immediately. Then got email saying that doors i ordered were not even in the country and expecting 3 weeks estimate so now processing a refund and been told got to wait 3 - 5 days to have my money creditted. I wont be using these again, and i have no funds to purchase from elsewhere untill this refund hits my account.

This is just a con!!
I have an old Karndean on our kitchen floor - I searched for any stock - I had a description and code number - I needed 1 box to repair damaged tiles.
The website confirmed they had the matching tile. I arranged for the item to be collected by DPD as I live in the Midlands and didn’t want to pay the £50 delivery charge on a £33 purchase.
The first driver was turned away being told there was nothing to collect!!!
I called the ‘shop’ who told me the driver did not ask for ‘my’ package - I should ring the day before the next DPD collection to ensure ‘the team can expect them’ - I then had a call from them saying could I send a photo of the tile I wanted - I said but you have the name and code - should be on the box!! I then got the feeling that this wasn’t going well - he said yes they have that but wanted to ensure I get the right one. He sent two photos of examples - one was ‘close’ the other nothing like it!!
Needless to say the 11 tiles have arrived - not boxed - and much darker than the tile they need to match!!!
Feel I have been done.
I would not order on line from this company again!!

This has to be one of the worst experiences I've had! I ordered and paid for two boxes of floor tiles which were due to be delivered last week for a customers job. After leaving several voicemail messages and sending several emails over the past week I finally managed to speak to someone today who said they only had one box in stock and they hadn't even sent the box. I asked for a full refund and would never deal with them again!!!

I ordered 15 doors from Doors2Floors and they were super understanding. They allowed me to change my order details twice before delivery, were very responsive to emails and deliver very fast. In fact, it was too fast for me and they allowed me to delay delivery by two weeks to accommodate my work schedule. I would definitely recommend them.

I have read the other reviews and see that some have only praise for the company and others are totally disgusted with them. I wonder if there's a difference because the staff at the different warehouses treat their customers differently. Personally, I will not use them again. My order of five doors went through and they debited my account quickly enough. Four of the doors arrived exactly how I had ordered them but the fifth one was from a completely different range. Trying to get this door replaced was a total nightmare. First I was told it would be in stock on the ... and would be delivered on the ... It did not arrive. After several more of these 'promises' and several emails and phone calls of being told the door would be with me 'tomorrow' I felt I could not take anything this person said as being the truth. He continually told me the door would be with me on a certain date. The door never arrived. Then I threatened legal action. Then the door arrived! The whole experience was very unpleasant, not to mention the fact that I had to alter my plans so that I could be home on each of the days that the door was (not) being delivered. I would not advise anyone to use this company.
