We're really grateful for your kind words. Mistakes happen, and we're glad we could help get the right size sorted for you.
The fact that you came straight back and ordered the next size up means a lot to us, and we're especially touched by your comments about our honesty and service. We always try to treat customers the way we'd want to be treated ourselves — simple, fair and no faff 🙌
Thanks for your recommendation and for choosing Doodlebone.
The product was not as advertised
The product was not as advertised. The advert did not say it had a velcro fastening. If I did I would not have bought it as my puppy is frightened of the velcro noise, we cannot use it. I have returned the item and I am getting a refund but company refused to refund the postage. Which is unfair as the product description is wrong.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, and we're sorry to hear the harness wasn't suitable for your puppy 🐾
We completely understand that every dog is different, and if we'd known the Velcro fastening would cause a problem, we'd have loved to help you find a better option.
Just to clarify, the Velcro fastening is referenced in multiple places on the Snappy Harness product page, which is why we weren't able to cover the return postage cost in this case.
We always want to be fair and transparent, and we genuinely appreciate your feedback.

Great selection of colours and some on special offer, so decided to refresh our dog lead collection as some had been bitten by our younger pups.
Pleased with my choices and the delivery was really fast.

Not much to sell you today, tbh
I’ve used Doodlebone since my 6 year old border was a puppy. The quality of their collars and leads are top notch not to mention the great service I always receive.
Yesterday I opened an email that made me smile and showed me that this company actually cares!
The email simply said
- Not much to sell you today tbh -
(got my attention) it went on to remind us just to let your dog chill. Early sniff, late stroll and ditch the long walks.
Nice one Doodlebone 🙌 🐾

We're thrilled you've always found our gear and service top notch, but we're especially pleased that email made you smile. As pet people ourselves, we know that sometimes the best thing for our dogs isn't another accessory... it's a shady spot and a chance to put their paws up 😄
Thanks for being part of the Doodlebone pack for all these years.

Great Company, Great Products
Doodlebone harnesses, in my opinion, are the best. My Toy Poodle has four, all in different colours. The Doodlebone website is friendly and easy for orders and quick delivery. Ordered a winter jacket, excellent quality, but unfortunately did not quite fit, it was returned without any problems with a quick refund.
