Good communication and quick delivery. The harness is very good quality, soft and comfortable for my pooch, the lead too. Will definitely purchase from Doodlebone.co.uk again ! ☺️

This company was great and very accommodating, I bought a dog harness from Jack,my Chihuahua but I couldn't find one to fit him, I told Doodlebone this and they suggested that I try their Dinky range so I did and that fitted perfectly. It's looks fine on him and I'm very pleased with it.

We're delighted we could help find the right fit for Jack. We know little dogs can come in all sorts of shapes and sizes, so getting that perfect fit isn't always straightforward!
It's great to hear our Dinky range did the trick and that Jack's harness fits him perfectly. That's exactly why we're always happy to help with sizing advice — we want every pup to be comfy, secure and ready for their next adventure.

We’re really pleased to hear you found the harness well made. Quality, comfort and durability are things we never compromise on, and every product is backed by our lifetime guarantee for extra peace of mind.
We appreciate that price is an important factor when choosing pet accessories. While we may not be the cheapest option on the market, we focus on creating products that are built to last, designed by pet people, and supported by customer service that’s there when you need it.
Thanks again for taking the time to share your thoughts — we genuinely value the feedback and hope your pup enjoys their harness 💛

I have left it a month to review the Doodlebone extendable dog lead as previous ones, bought from other retailers, have stopped working within a very short time. This lead seems to be very strong and the retraction is still working perfectly.

Thanks so much for taking the time to come back and review after a month 🐾
We know there's nothing more frustrating than an extendable lead giving up after a few walks, so we're delighted to hear yours is still going strong and retracting perfectly.
We work hard to create products that are built to last, so it's great to know the quality and durability are shining through.
Great product!
Great product!! Customer service was excellent!! I bought the wrong size and the changed as quickly as they could without any issues, problems or complaints.
Will definitely buy from this company again as Coco is constantly changing. She’ll be needing a new winter coat soon too.
Thank you

Thanks so much for this — we love hearing it 🐾
Really glad we could swap the size quickly and keep things nice and easy — no faff, just how it should be 🙌
Sounds like Coco’s keeping you on your toes (and her wardrobe growing too 😄). We’ll be here when she’s ready for that winter coat!
Life time guarantee
After 12 months, my dogs collar came un-done with a yank from my dog.
I emailed Doodlebone with photos.
They have quickly replaced the collar. No receipt needed, and no bill to pay.
They mean it when they say 'life time guarantee'.
Thank you

Top Notch Service at Doodlebone
The website is so easy to navigate. The sizing guide is helpful - our dogs come in all shapes and sizes (just like their pawrents). The Doodlebone team were very responsive to an email query I had. I'm impressed with the speed in which my parcel was delivered. Fab service all round!

Shocking customer service by a lady called Jasmine Gerard.I contacted them via email to get a replacement harness as mine had ripped at the seams to be greeted with rudeness and being accused of sending incorrect photos.I’ve never had this issue before so maybe she was having a bad day. However that shouldn’t affect how customers are treated

We always aim to be helpful, fair and straightforward, so it’s disappointing to hear this wasn't your experience. Just to clarify on the lifetime guarantee — it covers replacements for faulty items on a like-for-like basis (same style, size and colour). Requests for a different size and colour aren’t covered under the guarantee, which is why the team would have explained this. We’re always happy to help find a solution, but we do need to keep things consistent and fair for all customers.
