Buyer beware! This was my first time ever buying from Dolls Kill, and I will never ever try and purchase from them again. Do not order from them if you actually expect to receive your items.I placed an order for nearly $300, and a full month went by without a single shipping confirmation or tracking update. Their customer service email addresses are completely unmonitored, forcing me to hunt down a contact form on their website just to get a response.Once I finally reached them, they admitted they didn’t even have the inventory for items I paid for weeks ago. They tried to issue a partial refund for only ONE item that was now out of stock because their "warehouse team discovered an issue with the inventory." They kept the rest of my money hostage, claiming the remaining delayed items "should ship soon."I had to firmly demand a full cancellation and threaten a bank dispute just to get my money back. Their warehouse management and customer service are an absolute nightmare. Be extremely cautious before giving this company your money!

I had an issue with the fit of my order and initially found the return process a little confusing, especially as an international customer. However, Paige was absolutely wonderful and completely turned the experience around.

Paige took the time to understand my situation, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout, arranged a refund for me, and personally helped resolve the return shipping issue by providing a prepaid Royal Mail label.

Customer service can make such a difference when something goes wrong, and Paige genuinely went above and beyond to help me. Thank you so much, Paige, for your kindness, patience and understanding. I really appreciate everything you did! 🤍

I shop in this store many times and my last purchase was the first time I had an issue with my address, and I have to say, they handle it AMAZING!! I need to give a big shout out to Maya and Jaen. Both of them are absolutely amazing, they were so helpful and understanding and their responses was beyond fast. I'm more than grateful for their help, they are awesome.

I contacted Dolls Kill support for help with a return. I had an exchange that was split into two orders, and while I had no problem returning 2 out of 3 items, the third item was supposedly ineligible. The website claimed it was "final sale," even though it was not. Chelsea looked over my email and the photos and screenshots I provided and helped me process the return. She was incredibly helpful and is a true gem. Thank you for the great customer service!

Dolls Kill has some of the best customer service I have ever encountered. As an avid online shopper I am quite aware of how difficult sizing, return & exchange policies can be to navigate. Chelsea & Oliver both went above and beyond in providing clarity in sizing, policy, and assistance through the entire process, even encouraging me to reach out with any additional questions or concerns prior to purchasing. Every inquiry I have ever submitted has been expeditiously addressed and resolved. Additionally, Dolls Kill has a fabulous loyalty rewards/membership program (Stash) that because I start my Christmas shopping early in the year, has already paid for itself times over, which I really appreciate.

There was an issue with shipping on my order and pricing differences between shipping and receiving on the replacement order - Paige and her team really stepped it up! Great store with a lot of products, and good service!

I had a really great experience ordering from Dolls Kill. Everything with my order went smoothly, but unfortunately someone damaged/destroyed my original parcel before it was delivered.

I contacted customer service, and they were extremely helpful. They arranged a replacement for me right away. I really appreciate how quickly and professionally they handled the situation.

I on accident didn’t get my outfit sent in the original package and was a bit frustrated and confused. But I reached out to them and they responded so fast I was shook. They sent me another package right away and now I am so excited about my fit!

Shocking customer service. I received the wrong item, and when I contacted support, I was answered by an AI that spammed me with the same apology email around 12 times, offering only store credit. Before I could even respond, it started replying to its own emails as if it were me, creating "responses" I never sent. I still haven't received a refund or the item I actually ordered. First and last time shopping with Dollskill.

I am in awe of the customer support I received from the rep I had the extreme pleasure to work with, Jaen. She worked with me for days on getting me the purse of my dreams & it was not an easy task. She helped with it going to the wrong address, being out of stock, being on an incorrect order & to finally correcting everything to get it in my hands today. I believe she was also my therapist during this as well because I was going crazy over this bag! She was calm, comforting, helpful, constantly communicating with me, patient & funny! I would not have gotten my bag, or even a partial refund for troubles, if it wasn't for her! I hope everyone in support mirrors her! She made my experience Effortless. Everytime I see my bag, I will think of Jaen. Kudos to Dolls Kill for their hiring skills.

A borderline criminal enterprise.

They cancelled part of my order because it was out of stock, but refused to refund any of the delivery, taxes, or duty charges on it, despite the fact that none of the order had been dispatched yet. They have simply stolen money from me.

They refused to do anything about it, and the customer service contact was clearly AI pretending to be a real human.

Very quick and helpful customer service. I asked about an order that hadn’t gotten shipped yet and they explained that one of the items was out of stock and gave me a refund.

The boots I bought is perfect and the person who attended all my questions is amazing and professional.

Excellent, responsive, speedy customer service. Brilliant product.
