Found the company very helpful and was easy to order the driver phoned before the delivery and was polite and helped to take the panels where wanted. The panels were of very good quality and bolted together easily would defiantly buy off them again

Have received our dog run panels in the past few days, very happy with the quality of product. There was a bit of a mix up with being told we had our order in stock but ended up not being in stock but Alec kept us in the loop the entire time and didn’t try and hide behind any excuses and was very honest and apologetic, swiftly resolved the issue and gave us a number of options so that we still received an order that would suit our requirements! Can’t fault the customer service and considering the current pandemic the delivery was fairly quick also. Will be using again in the future. Thanks guys!

In these time this company has still managed to get a kennel out to me in fact it was not to be used for a kennel but a doorway to a bridge with sides after looking at doors all over the internet and thinking how much!! i remembered buying a kennel a few years ago from this company and thought this might work for my bridge and yes it has worked perfect but now painted green thank you for your help.

We ordered a dog kennel from this appalling company in December 2019 - now April 2020 and they are still yet to deliver the dog sleeping bench costing £120.00. We have contacted them at least 4 times in relation via email (no response) and phone - they came up with some nonsense excuse of website troubles and said it would be delivered, yet still hasn’t. For an order totalling over £1800 you would think they would treat their customers better. Several requests for a refund of the £120.00 for the missing item and still no response from the company. I will be reviewing this company on every available website and customer review service so nobody else can be robbed by them. Please look elsewhere if you are in the market for a dog kennel as you will be disappointed ordering from dog kennels direct - if you ever actually receive your order or money back!

Easy to use website, speedy delivery, the driver was a really nice chap and placed the panels in the garage for me. Look really well made and looking forward to getting the dog outside. One thing I did email after placing the order asking about bolts and sizes and did not get a response. Other than that great service so thank you!!

Excellent quality.
One small oversight; the gate panel and adjoining panel would benefit by being pre holed at centre of upright to be bolted to each other.
Cannot fault otherwise.

Ordered panels, doors etc for kennels which were delivered and erected in January of this year. Excellent quality and the kennels have been much admired and commented on.
Subsequent order for accessories despatched speedily, but this week you have excelled in delivering extra heat lamps and bulbs which were needed urgently .
