The lamp is an excellent size and for fills all my requirements

They phoned me to say the order would be a week late so I appreciated that, but when it did arrive, I was pleased Ann will be ordering more. I have several of their panels and always been pleased with the standard.

Possibly one of the worst companies I’ve had to deal with. Ordered a dog crate system from them in March but despite them quoting 3-4 weeks the items only arrived mid June and even then the delivery was incorrect. However it was corrected within the week even though they did lie to us about delivery. I’ve been in constant communication with them chasing it but they’re extremely poor at returning calls or providing updates when they said they would. They’ve had my money for weeks prior to the goods being despatched Avoid like the plague

Absolutely disgraceful service – zero stars

This is the worst service I have received from any company in my entire life: zero stars if that were possible.

I ordered a car dog crate at the beginning of February, with promise of delivery within 3-4 weeks. Since then I have wasted such an unbelievable amount of time on this (trying first to get them deliver, and then when I lost all trust in this ever happening, to get my money back), that I don’t have the will left to go through all the details again here. Suffice to say that calls were never returned; if I did manage to get through to someone I was given all sorts of false information and false assurances; and that when, long after the anticipated date, a delivery did eventually come and I was fortunately quite by chance at home, they sent the completely wrong item.

Finally, 4 months after I placed this order, my bank has thankfully authorised a chargeback. In the meantime, my dogs have either not been able to travel with me in the car, or they have had to travel less safely than they should.

I see from the reviews on here (wish I had read them in advance of placing an order - lesson learned!)that others have had similar experiences and quite honestly I find the positive reviews extremely hard to believe. I will never use this company again and would strongly advise you not to.

Amazing product and service from start to finish. Delivery was much quicker than expected, and the product was exactly as described.
The team were extremely helpful, providing prompt and detailed email responses to assist with sizing and answer any questions I had before purchasing. Their knowledge of the products was excellent, and the in-depth information available gave me confidence that I was choosing the right item for my dog.
The quality of the product is outstanding, and it is clear that a lot of thought and care has gone into both the design and customer experience. It's refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely takes the time to support its customers and ensure they are happy with their purchase.

Prompt delivery. Ordered on afternoon of Friday 15/5/26 delivered on morning of Tuesday 19/5/26. A quality product superior to similar products purchased in the past. Would definitely buy from this company again.

EDIT: I just discovered the company is listed as being in liquidation on Companies House.

Very disappointing customer service experience.

I originally purchased a pet carrier from this company which arrived faulty. After contacting customer service, I was provided with a return label and instructed to use their designated drop-off points. However, multiple locations refused to accept the parcel because it was too large.

I informed the company of this issue and was then advised to arrange a DPD collection myself. The owner personally confirmed by email that I would be reimbursed for the collection cost up to £15, so I paid £11.23 out of pocket to return the faulty item.

Since then, the company has repeatedly refused to honour the agreed reimbursement, despite the written confirmation and evidence provided.
I have received conflicting explanations, including references to a chargeback and their standard returns policy, even though this was not a standard “change of mind” return. The extra cost only arose because their original return process failed.

What has been most frustrating is the lack of communication afterwards. Emails go unanswered for days, and there appears to be no proper complaints handling process despite the owner initially agreeing to resolve the matter.

After experiencing this myself and then seeing similar complaints from other customers, I felt it was important to leave a review so other people are aware before purchasing.

The amount itself is small, but the principle and customer service are the issue. I do not feel confident purchasing from this company again based on how this situation has been handled.

This is an infuriating company to deal with. I placed an order of £510. Waited four weeks and tried to contact the company for a delivery update. After three emails, two WhatsApp messages and Facebook, many days later I finally received a response saying delivery now takes 7 weeks. If I'd have known this, I'd have shopped elsewhere.
So After 7 weeks I finally get a message saying item will be delivered Monday, Wednesday comes and still nothing.
This appalling company has dire customer service and I'm now about to claim my money back via my bank as no goods arrived. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Z

I ordered a dog crate on a Thursday and it arrived the next day. Unfortunately I mixed up the order number, I called them and ordered the correct size which arrived the next day. They have told me a refund for the smaller Crate will be within 3 to 5 days. They called me to check that the larger crate was ok and if all was to my liking, which it was, it was for my sons new car a Kia proceed GT line shooting break, these are estate length but have a very low sloping rear. The crate ordered fitted after a few small changes. I looked at a few other suppliers before finding Dog Health but they were the only ones who could provide for my needs.

Very good service and good quality product

False advertising claimed dispatch orders by 3 pm on the day of order if ordered before, I made an order five days later it's not even been dispatched. I contact the company and they tell me it's 10 days before they will dispatch it.

Be very wary of companies that are dishonest in there advertisements

I only ordered the goods because they said they were in stock and offered fast dispatch
These companies that tell lies do not deserve to stay trading avoid.

Disappointing as the quality looks great and looks like some people have had good experiences.

Ordered 15th April, Given multiple delivery dates
(after me chasing, 12 calls in total) - All failed to materialise.
(Friday 21st April / Friday 28th April / 6th May / to be told after ringing Monday 11th that the order is categorically on the Van and will be with you today or tomorrow - In the words of Ronan Keating, Tomorrow never comes, got an order update this morning (no phone call back as promised yesterday) Thursday 21st May.

Called to request a refund, no attempt to even put right and get them delivered tomorrow just a we'll get that sorted, hopefully that doesn't take 6 weeks.

Unfortunately when the website says things are in-stock and it goes on about quick delivery, you expect that.

used this product not for dogs but for a door for our bantam hens enclosure it is made very well and takes all the hassle out of trying to put a door on great product ordering was very easy and delivery was very prompt thinking of buying another one when we redo the chicken coop

I purchased the galvanised Dog run sections that came with a lifetime guarantee.
I have tried to claim on the guarantee as I have only had them for a year and they are all rusting already. I’ve spoke to several people in the office, They never get back to you. I have emailed them sent letters of complaint and they never acknowledge it they just keep denying that I have even bought them he even tried to tell me they have changed ownership so will not be honouring the lifetime guarantee however it’s a apparent that most of the staff who used to run it are still running it. Again as they keep telling me they haven’t proof I purchased them from the company. I have forwarded all my receipts to them and all proof of purchase the cost was nearly £2500 to purchase them initially I am out of pocket and I’ve now had to purchase more from a different supplier as some are unusable and unsafe for my dogs due to the structural integrity . Please be mindful they will not honour the lifetime guarantee and you also may be out of pocket. I do not recommend Dog health and will not purchasing from them again.

I ordered vet bed on 30/12/25 I’ve still not received it. I phoned the customer service department on 2 separate occasions. I’ve also emailed them to complain. Today when I phoned up again they said they don’t have the goods in stock and would have to wait an other week or get my money back. I requested my money back and will never use this company again.

I ordered a dog car crate, which i am very happy with and the delivery was very fast.
But when I ordered the crate, the site offered me a bedding pack as well, which I ordered, but when it came it was the wrong size, because that was what i ordered. If you are going to offer extras, please ensure they suit the item already picked.

I havnt even been told when i will receive these goods that I am depending on let alone received them.
I’ve tried to call to chase up if and when I’ll receive but no one answers the phone.
I’ll have to cancel my order if there’s no intention of me receiving them asap.

Delivery took 14 days then they delivered the wrong size panels
Called said would call back the following day to sort out they never did
Rang left message no reply sent email no reply
Rang again today ( four days later) and the correct panels won’t be here for another seven days ( 10 days after the wrong panels were delivered) so a total of 24 days that’s if they arrive when they say this time. They could have posted to me but only want to use their own delivery service despite their mistake and they know we really need them
Made many orders with this company over the years had builders waiting won’t be using again.

I ordered a travel crate for my dog in December 2025 because I needed it to fly. As of January 2026, I have received absolutely nothing.

From start to finish this has been one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. I was told the parcel was damaged, then promised replacements, then given excuses — but never a tracking number, never proof of dispatch, and never a reliable update.

Because this essential item never arrived, I have now missed TWO flights, causing serious financial loss, stress, and disruption. The company shows zero accountability for this.

Customer service is practically non-existent. You are forced to chase them, only to receive vague replies, broken promises, and delays. Despite everything, they refuse to offer a prompt refund or any compensation.

This company operates under Central Pet Supplies LTD, but based on my experience there is no professionalism, no urgency, and no care for customers at all.

Avoid purchasing from them, especially if your order is time-sensitive or crucial. I strongly regret trusting this company.

Ordered between Xmas and new year. No where on the website (that I could see) was it highlighted that they were closed over that period. On payment was advised of a delivery date of the 2/1/26. When I called on the 5/1/26 to enquire about my orders whereabouts, all I was told was that it maybe dispatched this week!! No more than that!
