There was no one to help us lift compost onto barrow, another customer helped us

Visited the cafe . Panini and cakes were lovely, staff were very friendly and helpful and got 2 coffees free with my dobbie’s card. Very happy with our experience.

Nothing too bad but nothing very good either. Many plants blown over and totally dried out, most staff working indoors out of the wind while the outdoor plants were getting bashed. Most things quite expensive, not any good deals that I could find. Check-out staff helpful and cheery.

I had a Latte coffee which was not made the way I would expect it to be made, perhaps staff should have training on how to make a Latte.

Visited Stratford on Avon Dobbies @5pm Sat 21/05/22. Used cafe for coffee & cake at 5.10pm to be greeted with, 'is that takeaway when I responded 'no', I received 'oh we close in 20 minutes', hense I replied I'm taking coffee before finishing shopping with store closing at 6p'.
On having my cup cleared at 5.30 I received 'shop closes at 6 you know by same server, & I replied as before.
this experience left me feeling very much an inconvenience as a customer & Dobbies club card holder. I guess its OK to pay the membership but not to take the included drinks. Customer service 'nil'.

DOBBIES the favourite weekly treat for my daughter and I. We start with breakfast then tour the plants and discover all the new lines in every thing including accessories tools etc. we discover brand new plants which we buy.and fill our trolley. It is such a lovely adventure with so much to see and enjoy. The staff are really friendly and helpful and we go home looking forward to the next visit.

I received assistance with lifting a heavy bag of compost and guidance in the garden section. Both members of staff were polite and friendly.

Have had no problems with Dobbies we enjoy our club card and our cup of tea each month lots ofl lovely plants to pick from.a good meeting place to meet up with friends and good to get parked.

As Debbie’s members we visited the cafe in Perth today for our complimentary drinks. The coffees were awful. Initially my flat white coffee was very very milky and then changed to something that resembled a triple shot espresso under some froth. Tasted bitter so most left in the cup. Very disappointing and just glad that we didn’t actually pay for them today. It’s very much hit or miss and obviously dependant on which barista serves you.

Bought some weed killer, it was a bit expensive
I was in B&Q the following day and the same item was £5 cheaper.Not good Dobbies!!!
That was in the Perth Store.

Good selection of seasonal plants , staff very pleasant and helpful easy to access with good parking, will shop here again.

The Garden centre was stocked extremely well with a great selection of plants.
Always end up buying more than anticipated.

It's always a pleasure visiting Dobbies, whether it be for a coffee or buying plants both outdoor or indoor. Staff are friendly and helpful and the produce is of good quality.

Love our local Dobbies store. We visit at least once a week for coffee, bird seed and garden products. The restaurant staff are so welcoming and helpful and remained so during all the covid restrictions. There is a good range of products in store although a little pricey.

Always love my visit here, buy something for the garden every week ...what has happened to the coffee! First no decaf, then this weak tasteless cup, asked and received a second shot but then it was just bitter grains. If this is the future sadly we will be going elsewhere for lunch on Fridays.

First class service. Helpful staff. Before shopping a visit to the Café was ok, however very little Gluten free choices. Not a big issue there is always chips available for my partner.
I'll visit again.
