Absolutely shocking first time I ordered , ordered a pizza and wrote in comment box no chillies the pizza came FULL of chillies and NO cheese , ordered again a few weeks later a calzone and a bbq pizza again asked for no chillies come full of them rang um they said they wud send a replacement they sent a replacement of the calzone . Not the pizza which was wrong and 3rd and finally time I ordered a pizza again stating NO chillies also wrote in comment box no chillies then even rang up after placing the order and told them NO chillies and it come full of chillies 3 different occasions and every time it was wrong will not order from there again

Bought on 24/6/2022 newtown Birmingham dixy drive thru gave me out of date beans with sizzler meal and apparently was last one!!?
Very disappointing!!!

Unfortunately the quality is not the best but the staff seemed nice

Hi my name is lauren I fell in love with dixy chicken that much im getting a job there..I just love uncooked chicken and soggy fries..plus the smell of feet that wafts through the shop..better than sex is raw chicken..no better feeling than food poisoning..

Went after work first time with a workmate who had recommended them 632 Kingsbury road Guy said that there was a 10 minute wait half an hour later food arrived no sorry no explanation and no service sorry KFC is just down the road will go there from now on

If I could give no star..I would give ZERo..we placed an order and after more than one hour they rang us to cancel it..no explanation..no apologies.. rude treatment and no willingness at all to provide a solution.. DO NOT ORDER from the.m. bad in all senses

Orderd two sizzler box meals one with gravy and gravy was so cheap it was watery for chicken burgers instead of sizzler burgers asked for chilli sauce and coleslaw and didn't receive either not going back!

Crap food. Rude manager/owner and staff. Dirty shop. Avoid, go elsewhere.

Unfortunately this has the worst chicken, the chips are slimy and just generally very bad. Am disappointed and sorry to say the order was not in any way true to the description in the menu or even anything like dixy we have had in London on several occasions.

Ordered food for nearly £20 at 9pm 1030pm no food delivered. Called driver was at location... 10 minutes later called again driver is enroute.... 20 minutes later still no food and no one now answering the phone. Won't be ordering from here again!!

This was the worst food experience in my whole life...Do never step inside, first they don't speak any English second they are ignorant as f and finally third you will never get your order right. I had to come back 4 times and they will laugh in your face...I used to work in the premises when it was Burger Shack and everybody loves it...

Worst customer service ever because the driver was over 1 hour late and still didn't show up and claimed to have rang my door bell when i don't have a door bell.which tells me they tried the wrong address.i tried phoning the restaurant and the lady who answered the phone used the fact it is the weekend as an excuse and claimed the order is still on it's way

I went to get food for friends and family members. I asked the guy if he does any deal with chicken wings and chicken pieces as I didn't want burgers. He very loudly said "What, do you want nuggets". I said Sir, I would like to get chicken wings and chicken pieces. He then again loudly said "Sorry". Even my wife heard from outside while the door was closed. I asked him where he was from hoping I could speak in his native language if he was from India or Pakistan. He said he is from Afghanistan. I smiled and said ohh okay I can only speak Urdu, Hindi or English. He very rudely looked at me like I am not welcome in the shop. I said do you have a someone else who could understand English? He said No. I asked is there a manager or owner and he replied I am the manager and I am the owner. As he couldn't understand what I was looking for. I said thank you and headed towards the door. This guy very loudly said Bye Bye. I was insulted there. I was going to call the Gardaí's but then I thought I would rather not visit the restaurant and will never recommend to other people.

Very cleaned place really like there food
Always served with good care and most of the time gave me the the extra food Because of permanent customer 😝
I highly recommend this restaurant

Ordered food from here today and i ended up finding a hair in the food as well as the chicken having a ‘fishy’ smell.Don’t recommended the Dixy at Worcester.
